This is 2016, if you did not get basic education in highschool about it, then you are horribly under educated. But then most americans don't know how many states we have, Have the delusion that they will be a 1%er if they work hard, Think that College Education is going to get them a good paying job, etc.... Most can't fix their car or even tell you how an internal combustion engine works.
This really underlines how bad the american education system is...... A majority of our population is dumb as a box of rocks...
I do buy a reasonable smartphone. $500 is very reasonable.
Problem is most people that do not think that is reasonable try to justify why they are being underpaid. $15 an hour is the minimum anyone should make with current cost of living with a 15% yearly increase to keep in pace with inflation
I feel that I get my money's worth.... but then I actually understand that $100 is nothing today, A lot of people don't or tell them it's worth something in an attempt to delude themselves to think they make a good wage... where in reality they are making almost nothing.... yes unless you are a burger flipper or store shelf stocker, you should be making $25 an hour at least.
ALL of this is on paper or in simulations carefully crafted to create the intended result. It's all highly speculative for the most part to get more funding and help secure tenure.
If they need more money they need to focus on killing people in faraway lands and none of this silly exploration.
US Americans are far more interested in putting money into our military for killing people than Science. Now find life out there that we can kill? Now you got a source of funding!
