Apart from a couple of places it looks like there is no restriction on taking photos from a public street as long as you are not causing an obstruction.
Empire magazine did an article on this once. I think the conclusion was that The Godfather was the best adaptation of a book, better than the book even as they thought the book was junk.
You only need to be discoverable when you are pairing. After that you can keep bluetooth on and it is _supposed_ to only talk to those devices you know about.
However, if you build the MP3 decoder into the headphones you could probably stream the data off the hard drive just fine.
I concede that these headphones would be expensive but as you could pair them to your computer/portable dvd player/gameboy etc etc they might be worth it.
I don't understand why people keep calling Bluetooth Vapourware when so many implementations and devices exist. It might not be available to the consumer but Bluetooth works fine.

Haven't read it myself.
Which is a fault with Nokia and not with bluetooth.
If you were stupid enough to buy a Nokia phone, tough luck.

No one wanders about with their phone whilst it is discoverable anyway.
Looked more like an attempt to get advertising for their hosting company to me.
I was interested to see the Z1010 on the list when the commercial version isn't out yet.

Still twitching.
"Hi there! Would you like some toast?"
3G, Yes, 3GPP, Where have you been?, Revenge for what?
What is stopping you from stepping off the sphere in this case?
Way to completely fail to answer the question.
Idiot.
What has packet mode got to do with anything? It's still a phone. Circuit switched speech and data is still there.
I think you've watched too many marketing videos.
What the fsck are you talking about?
How exactly is a UMTS device different to a cell-phone?
BTW, I have declared myself WCMDA QuakeII world champion. Any challengers?
eh? Show me a GPRS terminal that does anything near 144kbit/s.
UMTS/WCDMA isn't likely to see 2Mb for some time and I am not convinced that any operators will want to offer it anyway.
Why broadcast on a (mostly) P-T-P network??

Looks great but am I the only one surprised to not see USB?
Docking station is interesting.
