    If people could live where ever they wanted, Mexico would long since have been emptied of people. There has to be a cap on it somewhere. I don't know what it should be, but American's have to make money to live. I don't think it has to do with protectionism or xenophobia.

    I agree with your post. Immigration is not bad, illegal immigration is. I have several friends that are from Mexico, some legal and some illegal. I wish there was a better system in place. I just can't conceive of it right now.

    And this is what the problem comes down to. The Clinton Admin was in bed with the Fed. They cut continued to cut rates to provide money for people to buy houses on incredibly low ARMS. Then when the new admin and Fed's came in, they were chose/were forced to raise the rates. So this is definitely a problem from the Clinton admin. Not saying Clinton was at fault, but his admin was.

    Then don't run the red light, it's dangerous for you and for everybody else. There's a reason for laws, and if you don't obey them then the govt. should keep an eye on you.

    What are these friends you talk about? I send my mom messages too, but I usually use the dumbwaiter. It's better than walking up the stairs to ask for a snack.

    That is how I feel about it. Little kids and people who want to be little kids use social networking sites. I'm an adult, and when I want to make plans, discuss something important, or have a party. I just use the phone. I still have all my privacy. And I don't hang out with people who are religious on social sites.

    This is the most, concise, best economic theory that I have ever heard. The sad thing is that's why we need a $700 billion bailout. People are afraid to think for themselves.

    I was going to say, it sounds better than nothing, which is what Tennessee state employees get every year when the budget isn't approved. They get a few days unpaid leave while wondering if they will actually have a job when the budget is passed.

    Make em drill american oil, and stop buying foreign. I'm willing to pay $7 a gallon if it goes to pay Joe Bob's salary, as opposed to helping Sheik Amana Bobmjura buy a new airplane. Just something to think about.

    Fortunately, these people are NOT so stupid to lose hundreds of billions to make oil prices go up for few weeks.

    In commodity trading, you never think years in advance, you think days or maybe weeks in advance.

    Are these not contradictory statements. They will force oil prices to go up for a few weeks, so they can make billions of dollars, not lost it.

    I don't beleive that is a fact. There are supposedly over 300 hundred billion barrels under North Dakota, South Dakota. It's one of the largest deposits in the world.

    The really big deal about the profits are that gas doubles in price, their profits double. I'm not a economist, but the correlation is pretty easy to follow.

    In Arkansas the govt has already passed that law. I can't smoke in my house or car with anyone less than the age of 3 present. I'm not saying I disagree with it, but private property should be private property.
