    AMD's linux driver is still pretty far behind even though they claim to make some strides. when a r9 290x gets beat by a gtx750ti you know its pretty bad.

    Its not what the law is intended to be used but how it can be used. Just cause you claim a law you want passed is to prevent child porn which for a while of laws like SOPA or PIPA. That was what they claimed the law was to prevent, it was written could be abused and used against just about anything they wanted to use it for. DMCA was wrote to remove illegal illegal content from sites, but language was so vague its been abused by RIAA/MPAA groups to allow them to extort money from people.

    970 is only effected cause a shader core and ROP are disabled cause they are bad. the last 512mb ram shares a cluster so its slower cause that. Reviewers have test this and only time it became a problem is running super high rez with MSAA and scaling, pretty much to point probably running sub 40fps anyway.

    With the reactors on board most ships they got the power, without the need for large shells with/or gun power taking up space. They can have much more ammo on board since they only need the shell part not a ton of gun powder to get shell from A to B. On top of much more power behind a rail gun shot makes armor of another ship well worthless.

    I doubt he is working under clause that he only gets paid if he win's. This does sound like someone else is footing the bill. This case has 0 merit in the US, it happened in India so should be taken care of there.

    Um that background check only applies in the US, this happened in ANOTHER country. So this case should take place in that country instead of wasting US tax payer $$$ on a another countries court battle.
