So, wanna get in on a BRAND NEW BUSINESS as a FEDERAL PRISON PROVIDER COMPANY? It's a great ground level opportunity to build your prison from the ground up! Get all the local, state and federal subsidies you could ever squander! Hire your own team of crack prison guards!

WARNING: Waterboarding may be illegal in some jurisdictions. Your mileage may vary. Check with your local law enforcement agencies. Nah, don't bother, they won't answer, they won't have to, they're LAW ENFORCEMENT.

I'd not declare voice recognition dead yet.

I use voice recognition technology every day. I work in medical transcription and the system takes recorded voice from physicians dictating their medical reports, runs it through a VR engine, and then it's my job to inspect the output and ensure it's as close to the voice context as possible. Many times, all I have to do is make a few corrections in the reports and upload.

It's doubled and at times even tripled my productivity over traditional transcription methods.

It can be easily argued that the artists and the RIAA have placed their songs out to be shared on public radio, so what's wrong with similar arrangements elsewhere? I share my CD with you and you make copies and share with a friend a song or two on a mix CD. I don't see much difference, only the medium changes from plastic with a bit of tin foil to the tubes and wires of the Internet.
