You left out Steel, Wheat, and cattle. Under section 11 of NAFTA, we aren't allowed to stop selling them petrolium, natural gas or fresh water.
The Auses don't know what they are getting themselves into. If there is anyone from Aus still reading this - stop this trade deal while you still own your own natural resources.
I'm pretty much the same, Male 25-40 in Northern Alberta. Same time zone at least:).
But 'race' is a concept to which I do not subscribe. 'Human' is the limit to which I will classify. Perhaps as far granular as 'male human/female human' or even 'male idiot/female idiot'.
And usually the older the car is, the easier it is to fix.
Not so! We are geeks here. A simple ECU isn't any more complicated than your average cell phone.
And I can fix cars too. Putzing around with jets and springs on an old carb type vehicle to get a couple extra horse power is much harder than playing with data tables in a modern ECU. The difference of course, is that you can cause the motor to lean burn with ethier modification, but the ECU will get you into trouble much faster than carb jets.
But there are some time you need a professional. I won't do internal engine work myself, and I won't do chip level repair myself ethier.
I've got one, and it ends up backfireing more often than not, because you advertise to people that don't know you that you fix computers.
So I'm standing in a checkout line, and the cashier says "Oh! You fix computers?!? Well, my computer at home is . . . " and my eyes glaze over with the self inflicted irony.
I rented 'Once upon a time In Mexico' last week. I don't know if the ads were supposed to be skippable or not, but my 6 year old region zero player skipped them just fine. But I can't play "The Art of War" at all.
Seems to be keyed to not work on region zero players, but it will play on my newer region 1 player.
they used to put an intermission in the middle of these 4 hour movies.
I have the VHS of 'Laurence of Arabia" and they actually have the original 10 minutes of "Intermission" on the screen at the end of the first tape.
Good time to make popcorn:)
That's one of my pet peeves about movies. Is that 10 minutes really going to cut into their profits? Yes, it will, because I won't buy their $9.00 large pop if I know I'll have to run out and miss 5 minutes of movie to relieve myself.
Too bad you have no idea what you're talking about, except for the FUD.
Considering there are millions of "Panther" chassis vehicles out there, the Crown Vic is no less safe than any other vehicle. Let me ask you this, in which other car could I take a 70MPH rear impact from a pickup truck, and most likely survive? None. What other rear wheel drive vehicle is an option for Law enforcement? Same number.
Now ask yourself, did the Crown Vic kill anyone, or did some other driver not paying attention to driving who rear ends a parked police cruiser kill them?
(Cartright? maybe?) who seemed to get some focus in a couple episodes
I think you mean "Crewman Elizabeth Cutler"? played by the actress Kellie Waymire. She recently passed away from a heart defect, so that story line won't happen.:(
Sure, it would be gratifying to torture them for a thousand years, but I'd settle for instant death.
Instant death yes, but give them an opt-out "remove me from your death list" link that causes them to be buried up to their eyes in human excrement for a slow, painful death.
Most birds (raptors, scavengers) have much better eyesight than hearing. Sonics would work if you wanted to keep dogs away. Too keep birds away, you'd need gunshot loud sonics.
Just put up a sign that says "KEEP AWAY". What? Oh . ..a scarecrow then.
Just from reading the specs, it sounds like MCA (MicroChannel Architecture) on the old IBM PS/2's. They had to have driver discs for hardware to work, IIRC they drivers were stored on a special partition as well. Good precursor to Plug&Play, but a PITA.
The layout of the site is similar, the CSS sheets are different. Perhaps you couldn't call it satire, but as you say, it's the facts, just written in a very left of center Canadian Action Party kind of way.
Just someone elses opinion. How can you "use the facts to misrepresent the truth"? Like WMD kind of truth, or "I did not have sex with that woman" kind of truth?
Like Paul Martin did not fly the Canadian flag on his steamships? That's truth. Like the only reason companies register their ships in places like Liberia or Panama is to get around local maritime law? That's truth. The truth does not damage anyone. Their own actions do. He is of course welcome to sue, but he'll have to explain these facts in court.
"Propaganda" is free speech you don't like. Check the actual facts of the site. They are correct. Because you don't like the facts or the way they are presented does not make them 'propaganda'
Highly unlikely. We aren't distracted by shiny objects like easteners.:) Appointing western liberals to cabinet is only good for the members, not for the West. Unless he gives us the 4 new parlament seats that Cretien forgot to ram through as a legacy for the west, Martin will be seen as "the same old LIEberal".
And we are still pissed about the Gouge and Screw Tax.

I though trolls were in the majority here . . .and where do you sign up for these minority groups? Do they have a clubhouse or a hall or something? :P
Good, so I didn't miss much :)
I'd like to take this opportunity to coin the phrase "War Voting". :)

But both he an Eliza agreed I was a psychopath. Which I'm not. Anymore.
So long as I keep taking my Paxcil.
I have to go home and listen to the white album again *sniff*. :)
