    If anything, his way is better because the result is less total work. He's lazier, and therefore more organised.

    Isn't ACTA the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement, originally conceived to prevent the distribution of imitation designer goods (Versace handbags, Christian Dior watches etc)?

    Yet it becomes one of the most prohibitive pieces of copyright and IP legislation in existence. Way to go, fashion industry.

    I'm supposed to open a tab, go to a website, open a second tab, go to a compromised website which changes the content of the first tab without my interaction, and then log on to the site presented in the first tab? Don't you think that I'll notice that I'm not on the same website I was on previously?

    Seriously, all of these types of attacks rely on the user having the mental capacity of a damp shoelace. Maybe letting them get bitten every so often will teach them to pay more attention to what's going on, and not blindly click away every message box or enter details into every site they're presented with.

Now you get to take a drug test at twice the frequency of everyone else for three months, with a doctor monitoring the process.     Seriously, the economy is tanked. Expect to take a pay cut, and a lifestyle cut. It's a crying shame, but hey; Nobody has any money at the moment, including Tesla.

    This thread is old now, so I don't expect any moderation on this post. This is for your benefit only.

    I despise the idea of any kind of sexual abuse. Adult, child, animal, whatever. It's your body, your right to do with it as you see fit, and nobody should be able to take that right from you. Sexual offences are some of the worst imaginable, and I wish nothing but harm to those who force themselves on another being.

    Now, please tell me which of the fictional, imaginary, non-corporeal, totally digital images has the ability to be emotionally, mentally, or physically distressed by anything else occurring within the scene. Are imaginary characters even capable of an emotional response?

    You're anthropomorphising an imaginary being. They are not real. The act is not real. CGI movies, drawings, cartoons are not real. Nothing in the picture is real. If you have a problem with this concept, you're not living in reality, and should probably seek professional help.

    That's... Kind of how the system works. You suspect a crime has been committed, contact the police, and they investigate. In this instance, subpoenas for the identify of a blogger are totally justified in investigating possible contempt of court charges.

    Do the police magically know who is committing a crime as soon as you report it where you live? It must be awfully safe around there.

    The first thing I did with my Touch Diamond 2 was install a custom ROM. Stock / Vendor ROMs are almost always out of date before shipping, and updates from the vendor are few and far between. I don't expect this to be any different on Android phones.

    There's a good community at xda-developers for Android phones. Check them out.

    This is SlashDot. I don't care if there is precedent for calling gambling gaming; Online gaming to 99% of the people here means WoW, CounterStrike, and other computer games, not online gambling. Or are you going to start specifying articles regarding computer games mention the word "computer game" throughout the stub?
