Let me start out by saying that as a Geek I am inherently skeptical. I am also agnostic. I never assume any level of certainty and when most people would reply "Yes" to a question, I am likely to reply "most likely." I shouldn't let someone trying to troll get a reaction out of me, and I despise people that go around on the internet talking about their ePeen and how awesomes they are at teh sex. With all of that said I am VERY confident, borderline cocky with what I do. I'm not even sure if it is that I am that good or if the average guy is just really bad. One girl was surprised that I knew the clitoris existed and what to do with it (She was 25). In conclusion maybe Geeks aren't good lovers, but the average guy is quite bad!

You can accomplish almost anything with a combination of Group Policy and Visual Basic scripts. I would also highly recommended AutoIt, which i find to be a very helpful tool, especially when trying to automate anything that has a GUI. Finally I would note that what you used to MAN, now just look up on MSDN. I just use google as follows: "msdn [terms]".

No! Not at all, and I truly fear a future when users are stuck in some type of multiple NAT prison. My link to TeamViewer was purely based off of my appreciation of them providing their software free for non-commercial use. I have no association with them. I am just a very happy user since after discovering it I no longer need to mess with port forwarding/listening vnc viewers/ssh tunnels - for basic remote access it just works quick and easy.

Users can't use regedit. Apple knows it for the tiny plist files (which are text) so they did a "plutil" (plist utility) command included in OS which they (or developers) can tell users to run Terminal and "paste that command _exactly_ as it appears". While there are 3.500.000 results for "run regedit" at Yahoo, can't they steal that idea from Apple so it would be basically "regutil --remove HKLM_Software_Mozilla_Firefox_Extensions .net"?

The functionality exists, though I would say that if someone doesn't know how to delete a key in the registry - they are also very likely unable to know if it is safe or not to copy and paste a 'fix'...

To remove the Windows Presentation Foundation plugin - copy and paste the following(win7/vista need an admin prompt):

    REG DELETE HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Mozilla\Firefox\Extensions\ /v {20a82645-c095-46ed-80e3-08825760534b} /f
