You have to sign a similar paper in Florida as well. Yet even if you sign it, they still don't have the ability to take away your legal rights. Questioning the device's accuracy is is not the same as refusing to take the test.

You might be modded funny, but for those who visited the site, they would find it more informative than anything. It sure didn't take long for that to reach to the top.

  3. Re:They should make the city underwater... on Fictional Town "Eureka" To Become Real? · · Score: 1

Is a man not entitled to the sweat of his brow? 'No!' says the man in Washington, 'It belongs to the poor.' 'No!' says the man in the Vatican, 'It belongs to God.' 'No!' says the man in Moscow, 'It belongs to everyone.' I rejected those answers; instead, I chose something different. I chose the impossible. I chose... Rapture, a city where the artist would not fear the censor, where the scientist would not be bound by petty morality, Where the great would not be constrained by the small! And with the sweat of your brow, Rapture can become your city as well.

As a student at Full Sail University's Game Development program I can tell you that we cover all of these topics. Just because many schools don't do it well, doesn't mean they all don't. Full Sail bases their curriculum off of what employers at studios want in an employee.

Wait, you mean it doesn't have Vista on it? Well you just ruined now. I guess I'll have to wait for next time to see if they finally release a Mac with Windows on it.

  6. Re:Who currently has the record? on Mozilla Outage On Firefox 3 Record Launch Day · · Score: 2, Informative

According to the Mozilla Download Day FAQ [spreadfirefox.com] the record has never been attempted before, but they are trying to get enough downloads to be officially given the record title.

I have always loved GBS and didn't think I could live without it in Firefox. But Mozilla has been working on Weave [mozilla.com] and so far it has done a great job syncing. Its not quite as good at GBS yet, but from their plans for future updates, it looks like it will be a good replacement, now that Google has dropped support and is taking servers offline for the beloved Firefox extension.

  10. Hobbit composer? on Guillermo del Toro Will Direct "The Hobbit" · · Score: 1

I still haven't seen who will be composing the music for The Hobbit. Please let it be Howard Shore. He did an amazing job with LotR music.

You say this as I am transferring all my data from one PC to back up on my 1TB external HDD. Granted, it isn't full, but full enough that its taking forever. Having the option to move the data faster would be nice. Also, who's to say our files we move in a decade won't commonly reach several GB in size, making simple moves take an extraordinary amount of time to transfer just one or two files.
