Agreed. The RIAA should be allowed to break the law and use illegal practices to bring all those horrible copyright infringer's to swift and brutal justice. The RIAA's clients are literally losing TRILLIONS of dollars to people who are worse than terrorists. Personally I think RIAA should be able to hire mercenaries to rid the earth of such scum.

I've got two old dual Pentium Xeon boxes. One is running linux and the other XP. I figured out how to have the processors clock down to 400mhz when idle on the linux box but can't find any tools for windows. I honestly don't know if this actually saves power or lowers the temps of the cpu's (I guess if I got a temp monitoring utility I could check). I'd like to find a way to do this in windows but every tool I've found has been for the intel core duo or newer processors. :\

The glitch that caused a Soyuz space capsule to come to Earth more than 300 miles from its intended landing point early this month has still not been identified, Russian officials said today.

The head of a panel that investigated the off-course landing said at a news conference that although the exact flaw was not known, its chances of recurring were small and future Soyuz passengers would be at no extra risk.

I wonder if they've upgraded the chances of recurring.

I wonder how they plan to protect against the higher levels of radiation.
