Seems Yahoo is smokin something perhaps Yahoo feels they have world domination? I think the shareholders will push the sale through eventually. There is no way you can not accept 200% valuation and payment from Microsoft. WOW This might also be a good idea to by Microsoft stock. http://www.healthfindershub.com/

If an ISP can not deliver Sustainable Speed and Usability then there is no value to the service other than net trollers. So if during peak time you lose speed and you can't serve up Web pages then it's simply a service for AOLers http://www.findthebestlawyers.com/

"The members of Anonymous that did these hacks" I'm confused was this a hack or was it an Anonymous posting? If it's a hack then there could be some criminal charges and prosecution for hacking a server and plus causing assaults - physical attacks on Epilepsy Patients via Computers. This could very well be a serious case and if enough people were assaulted that have an epileptic condition it could be criminal and civil case. 9. Re:Experience it first hand on The Wrath of the Apple Tribe · · Score: 1

Apple has always had a doctrine of youth oriented appeal even in the Early 1980's when I got my first Mac Plus. Fifteen years later I was asked to fly to Cupertino for a job interview where I met with 12 interviewers all of them under 25 years of age I was the oldest in the room and these were the NOW Kids of Apple. Mostly Cheerleaders and YES Apple Tribe members who would do anything and everything that is fun and gameful so talking about a TRIBE of Apple fanatics I guess I was one in the 80's I still love the Mac but it's not important to me to be so attached to a machine. I use both Mac and PC's full time yet some people feel that a Mac is a political as if we're taking about Democrats vs Republicans. I know that political views can be quite argumentative so I guess if you have all that energy to be an Apple Tribe member then go for it. JP http://www.american-contractors.org/

Saturday, March 22, 2008 If you can look at records then you have access and so you can also change records. Anyone that can access your records has many opportunities to delete, change, snoop and remark on......it's so detrimental to personal security that you don't realize what the complete implications are to such a breach of data. In modern terms we call this DATA Hacking and it's usually not beneficial to your own personal data. Recently I had to call All State Insurance my insurance company about a billing question over the weekend and when I called a USA toll free 800 number I ended up in Bangalore, India where the phone representative began asking me outrageous questions in a thick traditional English/Indian accent. What is my mothers maiden name, what is my drivers license number and what is my social security number. I could not believe my ears that a USA company would out source and allow the delivery of all my data to a 3rd world country.....KNOWN historically as software pirates, Music CD Pirates, and DVD Pirates and the developers of mass VIRUSES worldwide on Microsoft Windows platform. We all know by reading the News that Thailand and India today are also the number one credit card and identity theft hot spots in world. Our personal DATA can not be allowed to be released to the public or foreign countries as this would cause economic terror within the USA. Not all people in India or Thailand are criminals however with low income countries and countries that don't like the USA due to political reasons Americans need to close the door on our PRIVATE DATA for obvious security reasons. 13. Re:Ads by Google... on Google Patents Detecting, Tracking, Targeting Kids · · Score: 1, Insightful

"tracking their behavior using the Google Toolbar" is just another form of SPYWARE as I've suspected all along the Google Toolbar lets Google know what your looking at, how long you visit a site, what all your interests and habits are, what's been bookmarked, in fact it's like Alexa's Toolbar and it's a form of Corporate Big Brother is watching us. Today it may seem trivial however once Google can catalog a person's Web traffic they can then profile a person and make a lot of assumptions whether valid or not. Yes I understand the collection of data is used for advertising proposes however how far will Google go with this private and personal data? I for one prefer some privacy even in my own family so why would I want strangers to have access to my data? http://www.american-contractors.org/ As a working stiff this is as outrageous as placing s SPY CAM in someone's home or office without them knowing.....Google is out of control and stepping way over the line in the collection of peoples data through their Toolbar.
