So.... for 38% of 10% of "prestigious" schools it's bad to have dirty laundry on your web page. Given that public schools are less picky, that implies that this would be a problem with at most 3% of schools.
And where does this leave your typical student on the way to "State U"? Doesn't seem like much to worry about.

Because they failed to plan for the 80/20 rule, it's the customer's fault the services aren't living up to the promises.
Simple fact: whether you're a restaurant, electric company, attorney etc - in most cases 20% of customers account for 80% of your business.
Been that way for a long time past and likely will continue for the foreseeable future.

How long before the police take advantage of the service to slow motorists?
I mean, wouldn't it eventually become a lower-cost version of parking an empty police cruiser by the road. Want to create a fake speed trap? Just punch a few numbers into a cell phone.
Actually, when I lived in town this would have been great for slowing traffic in front of our house! I could have created my own fake speed trap.
At least with flashed headlights you know the other vehicle is not a police car.

I have and have had friends with memory problems. May be due to injury, or to genetics, but either way they become expert note takers.
Could this be considered a hinderance to such a person's education?

Will your family and friends feel cheated if they knew your photos were "really" taken a week ago?
If you want to do a blog, you can get a friend stateside to post your letters/photos.

a) As noted by others, there are easier ways to break into a person's home/car.
b) Seems to me that for many apps, metal keys are being displaced by key cards.
