    Blame the helicopter parents and their ravenous lawyers. Grab a kid to break up a fight? Law suit. Yell at a kid to break up a fight? Law suit. Make a kid feel sad for any reason (little johnny just wanted to stab someone, is that so bad?)? Law suit.

    When you don't have a central command and control structure the actions of anyone acting under your flag become the actions of the organization, so if someone hacks a political target for activism and says they are Anonymous, then Anonymous is a politically oriented hacking group.

    Well, when California or Texas does something stupid, which they are want to do, please don't lump all the US in with them.

    Your countries are the size of our states so it's somewhat natural for us to put them all in the UK bucket while you likewise put all the states in the US bucket.

    So murder would be illegal in a libertarian society but who would enforce that? You'd need some level of government above subsistence and that is an abhorrent thought to libertarians.

    From my experience attacking much lower level characters seemed to be the point of world "pvp", well, when those skull level players weren't busy wiping out all your quest npcs.
