Why not just drop $1.00 thumb drives loaded with spying software? 95% of the folks that find them will simply plug them into their computers (home or work) and "you're in".
Sam's Club photo department copied a couple of VHS tapes to DVD for me about 4 years ago. Something like $20 for two tapes.
Also http://www.imemories.com/ although I have no experience with them.
Frankly, upgrading to the latest version of your development environment, literally on the day of release, seems to be rather poor practice. Since "there are a lot of places for things to break," adding another one is unwise.
The jurors also knew their every in-court action would be up for public scrutiny, not the least of which was the final verdict. It's nearly impossible to determine how that affected each of them.
The jurors were not shown during the trial, so I can't imagine how their in-court actions would be known.
Had a similar problem a few years ago with Sprint and a company called Blinko. All Sprint would do was tell me the name of the company that stuck the 9.99 charge on my bill. They said they could not prevent these sorts of charges. Took about 3 months but I did get the money back, no thanks to Sprint. Needless to say Sprint and I parted ways as the next opportunity.
Actually, it predates "Little Billy" by more than 100 years. http://www.thefreedictionary.com/hornswoggle
Nice, but there is a call for you, a lawyer for George Lucas.

That said, it's been shown that cell phone radiation can cause brain activity.
Considering some of the folks I see on cell phones, I suspect the radiation stops brain activity.

I can understand how one could see "1943" and think it means "1943" instead of "1943". Common mistake. Happens all the time.
I hope I'm not the only one who read the headline as something to do with scanning my feet. Need. More. Coffee.
And Kennedy's "get a man to the moon and get back safely in this decade" was not a long term goal?
Actually, 2+2 does equal 5, for some values of 2.
Shade should be OK. Joe's patent covers clouds with rain and lightning.
I, for one, welcome our new sludge overlords.
When do the TEPCO executives start committing seppuku?
