    A high rate of acceleration be itself will not get you a street racing charge unless there are two or more vehicles involved (as in a race).

    Well, the important parts can be built. I think there is even a site dedicated to flashlights or some such that sells pre-made kits. The AI only a mad man would attempt.

    the issue seems to be unposted speed limits, which are quite common, but usually the rules are fairly easy to understand.

    I don't think I'd like your police/traffic court. Traffic laws are bad enough with out the system making them up as they see fit.

    I agree with the inspection part. With regards to the taxes, I meant that taxes owed are a function of the value of the property. Using Google Maps does not change the value of the property, nor the owed taxes, it just helps find discrepancies and cheaters.

    They are not using it to increase taxes, but to find people that are not paying their fair share. Whether you agree with the taxation or not is totally different than enforcing a level playing field.

    Those pictures and the attended new politically correct editions came through when I was in school, a two and change decades ago. In many classes our profs would let us know if the new edition was updated material or just new pictures. Those of us using the old editions of math books were given look up sheets to keep track of all the sex changes our examples had had: Chapter 1. Question 7. Bill is now Mary...

    Efficient, I doubt either is more efficient in any real sense, and density by brush stroke, good question, from a distance the front pages of newspapers look just as grey in both languages. It is all very silly.

    I can only assume you are talking about one of the phonetic character sets. Kanji is all the things you say it is not. And to provide some of my favorite pictograms: Work is a man and a rice field. Noisy is three women A tree in a box is trouble Now about density, english words tend to be what 4-5 letters on average, Kanji is usually one or two letters. (in both cases assuming simple newspaper writing style) Seems denser to me. Now if we assume a syllable count, I'm thinking the two languages are simillar.
