"And to split hairs, homosexuals currently have the right to marry. A homosexual man can marry any woman who sees fit agree, and a homosexual woman can marry any man who sees fit to agree. As a heterosexual man, I do not have the right to marry any man. Seems pretty clear and equally applied."
'And to split hairs, blacks currently have the right to marry. A black man can marry any black woman who sees fit to agree, and a black woman can marry any black man who sees fit to agree As a white man, I do not have the right to marry any black woman. Seems pretty clear and equally applied"
"Yes, seize it all and regulate it even more. This will be the key to our salvation. " - go ahead and tell me how well "the free market" is working to fix this problem.
Not that I'm a big sports fan, but plenty of people remember sports figures from the last century. Audio and video recording has much to do with that. Mozart, Galileo and Aristotle had the means to record their accomplishments, the athletes of their time did not.
I'd settle for it behaving like a regular iPod. I could take my iPod to any computer and as long as that computer was authorized to play my iTunes purchases, I could play the music on it. This is not the case with the iPhone without doing a bit of hacking (not difficult, but I shouldn't have to do it)
What "enemy"?
Unless said counterfeiters were actually conspiring with our "enemy du jour", then this doesn't fit the Constitutional definition of treason.

"Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort"
Ripping them off isn't treason.
iPhone can play mp3 files no matter where they are purchased from - no DRM, and in fact most of the music sold on the iTunes store is DRM free now.
Skype has been available in the App Store for quite some time
"radical conformist"? How exactly does that work? Do you rebel by being like everyone else?
"and that one girl who ran away from the Amish" - Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't the Amish have an "opt-out" policy when you hit adulthood?
Because Beck never does that....oh wait.
Having fun with the strawman?
There is a workaround for that.

Logic fail anon. Also at least I have the integrity not to post as a coward.

Are you freaking serious?
"Yeah, you need $10 million to cover that" - Tell me then, how do you punish a company except by a fiscal penalty?

"Ever replace a backlight in a fucking Apple Cinema Display? That's 3 layers (and a thousand assorted screws and layers of tape)"
Sounds like replacing a backlight in every LCD monitor that has ever existed.
"You'd be hard pressed to show me an iPhone App that's more fun than M.U.L.E."
Pity that M.U.L.E. wasn't part of the package, and since it's likely still owned my Electronic Arts, won't ever see a release on the C64 emulator.

Pot smokers and conspiracy theorists have a lot of time on their hands.
"He's a punk."
He's a punk who despite tremendous odds saved his ship, it's former commander, and Earth.
He's Kirk.

I don't think Lt. Kyle was ever officially confirmed to be an aussie but he had the accent.

Stayed away from Vista did you?
I'll see your example and raise you this one

Just selling to costumers seems to be a rather limited market.
Can you prove it was made under false pretenses? The donation was in 2001, the affair was in 2003. Things happen.
Let me guess, Ron Paul supporter?
