I'm aware that restaurant food is of questionable origin but I don't eat out that often, and since airline food is expensive and crap and I don't fly very often that is also an easy avoid. If you think it would be difficult to manage with a single system from a single manufacturer, think about how much of a nightmare with the mish-mash of motherboards, hard drives and optical drives that exist in the PC world now.
