I'm sorry it's come to this, but before you may log on, I'll need a 200 word essay on the virtues of Microsoft. Spelling and grammar will count against you, especially if they are perfect. That means either you are a machine or you need to lighten up. Did I mention the five minute time limit?
It seems India has found a niche to fill in the space game. They serve a low/medium highly inclined polar orbit, not nearly geostationary, but still a need to be filled.
Isn't this supposed to be the century India passes China as the most populous nation on earth? Those folks are going to need jobs.
Huge pages are fine when I'm in civilized countries with real networks. When I'm traveling in less developed areas and have to carry my own connectivity, it would be very helpful (far less frustrating) to have a thin (text only) option on every web page. I hate to say it, but there ought to be a law.
Actually, the government already requires similar actions by it's contractors. Before letting a subcontract, the prime contractor must ensure that the subcontractor is not banned from working under government contracts. This is done by accessing a government provided database, via the web.
Now, if only we can keep the "online criminals" from hacking the database with a SQL injection exploit...:-O
I submit that it's inherently fair and perfectly ethical to disrupt those who invade and steal from others. Even if the theft is one of compute cycles. Usually, we call those who disrupt invaders and thieves "heroes."
That would explain the general decline in US literacy all right.
I doubt that independent studies would confirm your hypothesis regarding changing styles of learning. I've not seen or heard of any accepted study which demonstrated any fundamental shift other than a decline in literacy. I would welcome any valid input in that regard.
Educators have taken up the mantra that we must change our assessments to meet new types of learning. However valid or invalid that arguement, "old" or "standard" types of learning appear to be declining.
IMHO, it's probably hard to say "no" to the White House, no matter which form they take and no matter how many lawyers you employ. Given this, I feel the telcos deserve full immunity for past compliance with WH requests under FISA and much clearer terms for all future FISA actions.
Dell is offering an Intel Core 2 Quad in their Optiplex 755. Boy are they gonna be mad when they find out they've been duped (or quadded?) by Intel. Maybe they'll start selling AMD processors in their desktops or something.
I guess "Onion Residential Finance" would bring a tear.
I'd be happy to send them every copy of Vista that I own, but that might scare them back into severe isolation.
I'd be willing to listen to robots play a kazoo arrangement of "Feelings" five times. Without earplugs!
Scary, isn't it?

We may have to wait for the Chinese to discover it first.

No you can't download one. Second Life does not count.
Put a magnet in the ball and use a metal floor within a composite cylinder. Composite racquets of course.
Unlike Aspercream and Aspergum, Asperusual appears to be a "suppository preposition."
Oh, here. Nevermind.
Hello, is this Hollywood?
Jealousy doesn't become you, though you wear it well enough.
What if their combing leads me to a brush with the law? It could get hairy....
I think they should each be made to eat a 30 year old can of SPAM(TM) for what they unknowingly started.
Maintain your sense of humor: come Friday, it may be all you have left!
Better to say "Tough Crowd" and look for the next Score 5, Funny.

Close but no Gyro.

Can't believe I got there first with the common pejorative. If their music sync skill is any indication....
I thought nostalgia was remebering the good times?
