Google is already in our internet search lives, our phones, and email. Google is already plotting to get into our living rooms and kitchens. Where will this stop? Guys, I am getting quite concerned about Google. Who wouldn't be?
I am more concerned that they have ALL OF THIS MONEY and still have not made a cheap, realistic sex doll.
Seriously? Who here would have even thought twice about the commercial if this was not pointed out?
Have these knit pickers not seen Victoria's Secret commercials lately? Sexy broads strutting around in bras and thongs. You would think THOSE commercials, which are actually boner inducing, would get some kind of flack. Nah, but a fat Asian's nipple.. now that's crossing the line.
They are trying to push it on us. Force it on us. Cloud Computing is not and should not be the way of the future. It gives the "providers" too much power. There has to be some balance between having our own personal digital copies of things, and "borrowing" it from the providers. There is clearly some kind of agenda behind the companies that push Web 2.0 concepts. Could it be money and power? Minute after minute, hour after hour. Web 2.0 is a corporate gangster's paradise.
So how can someone be aware of something in the vicinity without seeing or touching it? Are they saying that this guy has developed some type of sixth sense? Or is this an ability that everyone has.. like when you're sleeping and someone gets real close to you, you wake up as if your subconscious detected them.
If this is true, then we should try to tap into this ability more often. You know, train ourselves to be able to use it on command or 24/7. I can think of a few instances where this could come in handy.
Were the Mayans correct in predicting the world's end for 2012?
Quote from TFA:
"Understanding how these holes form will help them better predict the electrical storms that cause power grid blackouts and the aurora, activity that will peak in 2012 as sunspots hit their maximum level."
You have a point mr. pesc. But if they only allow live web cam feeds of said persons face, then why would this be a bad idea? Other than people having similar facial shapes and features? But I think we're assuming here the software is capable of such recognitions...
And here's why:
