Nicer ambulances, faster response times and better-looking drivers mean they're not just "the" emergency services - they're "your" emergency services. So, remember the new number:

Unfortunately one of the chemicals has a ph of 17 and is stored at 2500 psi. When the tank developed a leak everyone had to don gas masks, move the cockpit and then make an emergency landing before it ate the plane. A full hazmat crew run by the company had to be flown in from Albuquerque to run decontamination.

Seems to me that if they miss with the laser they could just dump the plane into the nearest village -- 2 weapons for the price of 1.

So what about from the viewpoint of someone travelling into the United States from out of the country? Can we expect the right to privacy or would we be beholden to the same ritual? As a Canadian, who often travels into the U.S, can I expect that my laptop could, essentially, be seized because the powers that be just want to take it? Can I demand a warrant for the seizure of my laptop? I wonder if they would lock me up for demanding a warrant then lose the key sort of thing.

The U.S is fast becoming a police state -- kind of scary the lack of freedom within the Constitution and its amendments.

I am sick and tired of Canadian ISP's providing crap for bandwidth - overcharging for this bandwidth - then complaining when I use it.

From what I've read in previous comments it's that this survey is more alarmist than anything. "hey you know your neighbor is downloading movies off of the internet, which makes your internet slower. how would you feel if we made his internet slower so you can get your mail faster".
