I played UO for a few years and even before the expansion to allow 3D rendering, I was able to go up, down, left right, forwards, backwards. That's not two dimensions, that's three.
I have Vista Business on 3 computers (legit). What is UAC? I remember something when I first install that I turn off with that acronym I think.

They never said Do No Evil. They said Don't Be Evil. You can do evil while not being evil. One is isolated incidents, while the other shows a trend. Its a good use of semantics to get around that.
People do come up with something else. I will buy every new version of Zelda, however. You can blame it on me, don't waste your money if you're not interested.
Slow acceleration is worse than (reasonably) rapid acceleration. The rest of your tips I can't argue against, but I do know that decent acceleration outside of the red zone is better.
You ask how it can have an affect on the past? Their previous rulings (mainly affecting web radio) were retroactive for the past year and a half before that time, or something along those lines. They can bill you for stuff that's already happened no problem.
$170 for a video card is definitely midrange. I just got a $550 4870x2 and that is high end. Two of them in Crossfire is super high end. You can get a great 4850 for $170, and you wont be disappointed.
If it is in Alpha then it is still 2 years out I'd imagine. Then you consider Vista has been out since Novemberish 2006. Just because they took way too long to go from XP to Vista (letting people get too comfortable), doesn't mean they wont move back to an every few years thing like prior to XP (which sucked when new, imagine that).
Back in 2003 I tried to do that. I had poor credit at the time and offered to pay in cash, the entire contract up front, and was told no. Luckily I was still approved, but is cash really an option now days?
I get unblockable spam texts on occasion, plus my brother texting me even though he has a blackberry and can e-mail me. Each one costs me $10 for the privlidge of being annoyed.
I know nothing about this stuff, but wouldn't offset be ideal if nothing else? Areas immediately around roads are some of the worst air to breathe. I doubt this takes the asbestos from brakes out of the air though, so busy intersections will still be horrible. I wonder which is worse, a cooking fire inside a hut (black carbon) or a busy road?
I guess they're missing the point that I bet several people downloaded the torrent, and donated. Not saying all of them did, but a lot of people, knowing that P2P is efficient and helpful, chose the different download method. Why do you think lots of companies use that as a distribution method?

They would have to leave the country? This country is full of lazy people. Watch out law-makers, I'll blog if you do that!
Gitmo? That's not in the USA!
"It's down to 2.58 already for regular :)"
Wow, that's getting down to what people thought was way too high a few years ago.

People talk about Microsoft tax on new hardware. What about Apple tax on their OS? A few thousand on a decent PC with a different bios.

$.10 I meant, big difference!

I did notice the giant shield that Scientologists are using. Did you notice the LLC tag?
That's called Pandemic.
People, Corporation, no individual responsibility.
There is also an oil based plastic embedded with a bacteria that activates when buried and makes the plastic fall apart.

If I was able to sell crap to people outside of the country while keeping the good stuff I'd do it. Your point?
Biodegradable plastic isn't a new thing, but plastic comes from oil, and we don't want to throw that out. Or is gas $1.25 again?
Cheating on your wife is illegal in some states.
The Pirate Bay isn't in the USA, thus the DMCA doesn't have any jurisdiction, but your YouTube example is very good.
