    yea, one could dare interpret this as if their addiction to disposable packaging made them forget all about the need for hygiene and the ban didnt come with a please do not eat plastic bag or stuff in any orifice or put your puppy in the microwave warning, so they kinda get sick because of their own filth, not the lack of plastic, so to speak, a bold statement by me again but who cares
    thissuh, educational reform i hear about might be even more needed than i thought, but i try not to think too much lately since it only gives me a headache and does not advance my own life in any way

    so maybe i'm a believer too then
    the extremists are a minority, their followers maybe not so, but most wouldn't if the heads of the hydra went. I dont know of any muslims around here who could be called terrorists or would ever force their belief on someone, i never known any fight here about it. Sometimes a bit of a row near brussels if some cop made trouble but that's it.
    or maybe that one sharya for belgium guy they neutralized (not killed), but he would be the extremist, and now he's gone there seems to be silence.
    i think it's safe to consider muslims just human. I also think it's not islam that needs to be seen as a threat, but fanaticism in general, without any kind of racial or cultural bias. Leftwing, rightwing, religious fanaticism ... scientology ? nah, that's scambusiness if i read about it here i never bothered since it seems so silly
    fanatics are the enemy, not the main chunk
    at least, that's my humble opinion

    yea, imagine that, a guy points out a flaw that could cost them millions in damages and they threaten him with a lawsuit AND he gets expelled?
    horrible terror, what's next, extradition ? guantanada ?
    the moral of the story seems to be to just not unless they state they will pay or hire you if you find bugs ?
    being expelled from a school for that, he should be able to sue for at least one year of his talented life lost imo
    in a real law-state that is, something i think doesn't really exist

    seriously, you actually would think low crime rate is related to low poverty rate? how quaint, sir, what a revolutionary idea if the eu gets its way with switzerland completely they might sink a little though, lots of pressure to open up bank secrets could lead to lots of people withdrawing lots of money to somewhere far away effectively reducint the gross capital we have here ... all in the name of fairness ofcourse, reality does not exist on paper committees i suppose i dont know how much the average american knows about europe and how it is since the united states were unified on a battlefield, it's quite different here the major players, apart from germany and potential france if it can keep sailing straight, the major players aren't actually in the union as such then i'm talking the U.K. who doesnt really like all that regulating (might the london stock have something to do with it, or the fact that they have their own economy going on), Norway and ofcourse Switzerland they'd do better to forge a strong economic union before trying to look good controlling a political union but who are we drones to speak like that crime related to poverty tsss... what a bold and daring thought :)

    then maybe every hospital should install a specialized toilet for recycling purposes, sounds like there's potential for moneymaking for people who don't mind shitty business there. This is most interesting in fact. I wouldn't mind jumping on it if i had the opportunity and starting cash. If it's that scarce it sounds like a surefire win to start up It is every citizens duty to go into the tanks...

    my good man, today is obviously not the thinking day on slashot i will take a wild guess and say you definitely have not been in jail and you probably don't know anyone who has been inthere. I will also take a wild guess and you have never even seen a thirty minute docu on the psychological effects of solitary confinement on people, even for a short period of time i don't know enough of this particular case to talk about the reasons and the punishment but YEARS of solitary will never benefit anyone, two weeks of that would break most people down. I understand no one is allowed to go against the mighty us if even people get extradited over copyright claims then this guy is probably lucky to be alive still. I dont know why people make so lightly of this, comparing it to places where jail is worse? I wish you all some stupid accident so you can experience it first hand. Afterwards, come back and give that opinion again. I think i'm not having a good day here

    i remember people getting together to swap floppies on a friday night when i was like thirteen of fourteen or something maybe and i think piracy back then was still the privilege of long john silver
    everyone knows it's a waste of money since people are still making money and very few companies seem to go bust

    my grandma, may she rest in peace, had several kinds of chemicals that, when mixed together could create an explosive substance, she was quite the terrorist. Let's just hope this craze goes by fast, atm this is all politics appeasing public opinion (why am i even explaining that here). To think the nypd takes it as the right to spy on people's online chat (nothing wrong with having a cop in every non-private chatroom i suppose since they're public) but the guy who shot that school didnt even have any kind of online footprint (or so i read)

    uhu, well, whatever has been done so far has probably hit a lot of ordinary folk who were used to some carefree downloading. I dont think anything about 'the scene' itself has been damaged at all even if the takedown of demonoid might have caused some scattering into obscurity

    it's a pointless battle, but i feel it's also pointless for the pp to spend money on proxies like that, there's other things to campaign for than just one website.

    like two or three years ago but that fight was already lost back then, it's a waste of ad-revenue to battle it, turn your talented noses somewhere else because this ain't happening, not for facebook, not for google, not for anyone.     yah, cinnamon is , to me at least, they very best desktop i have come across so far, i dropped ubuntu as well since a few months, unity just wouldnt work out. If you're still reading this might i ask about your machine's hardware configuration. Does vista/7 run smoothly, how much memory and space do you reserve to run it? please ?

    is that how Jeff Minter does it? I dont know how that would work really but a spliff can help you get focused into something when it's really interesting, making the rest of the world disappear ... i wouldnt advise it to people who arent used to it though. I've known plenty of people who wouldnt start their working day without a smoke. Never saw any accidents coming from that, time passes by more quickly as well. Sounds like a nice experimen to try. Since it's being legalised in places in the states, have a go, by all means, have a go at it lol, don't forget to film it.
