"these guys are akin to suscide bombers of afghanistan, working towards inciting violence (which BTW is a crime in Canada)."
As soon as you presented a moral equivalency to a picture and mass murder, I stopped reading you and you lost all credibility.
Educated indeed.
This is not a bad thing.
A friend of mine from church made a fantastic video (with no investment save what software he already had) about the Green Lantern. He's had 1.5 million views as well and has been in contact with numerous hollywood agencies.

Seeing a "preview" like this makes you want to GO SEE A MOVIE.
In America, you could have stopped all that much sooner. The FCRA says that if you request documentation, they have to give it to you. Many debt companies do not have this. Request documentation in written form, with delivery confirmation, and they'll leave you alone. Otherwise you can sue the pants off of them (and win).
I don't know why I expected so much from this interview. Surely the know the type of crown Slashdot caters to. I was hoping they would give legitimate answers. Instead, it was a bunch of drivel with a lot of snide insults to their prime customers. It's par for course for me to buy Blizzard games. I hope this blows up in their face when people like me refuse to do so because of Bullshit corporate policies.
Blizzard,
I think you've been in your ivory tower too long. This isn't about fast internet connections. This is about not being able to play LAN on a game that is at its heart multiplayer.
What the fuck are you people smoking?
True, but remember that you could also attribute a portion of that victory to US supplies. You may have not seen a GI, but you did see American food, Jeeps, Dodges, Fords, Chevy's and weapons.
"You can't punish an employee for obeying the will of the company."
Sure you can. I hate to Godwin this, but copouts like "I'm just following the orders of my superior officer" has been responsible for countless massacres and is never held up in court.
Oh come on, this is plain idiotic and very elitist. You're no better than my fellow Christians who say an Atheist has no true values. I know plenty of people (myself included) who are Christians because we BELIEVE in what Christ did--not what the CHURCH did, not what PEOPLE did, but what JESUS did; we believe. I was not driven to Christianity because of fear; I was driven because of belief.
In fact, most Christians I know view organized religion very similar to how atheists view it. As another said, atheists don't have a monopoly on intellect.
Grow up.
Ad a devout Christian, I can tell you this is true. I was not raised a Christian, but have seen those who were raised in conservative backgrounds to be among the worst of humanity. They are usually those who don't understand discipleship and Grace; certainly not the latter, or they would have displayed it to their fellow man and thus fulfilled the former. The reason they scream so loud is so they don't hear the sound of their own sin that dominates their lives. They view the world through a very narrow vision that excludes all but the most rigid from heaven. In the end, they hope their words will outweigh their deeds. Honestly, I personally have to wonder how much they REALLY believe... is being a "pious" Christian simply a good fit for their narrow view of humanity, or are they truly motivated by the divine? This certainly would explain their fear: they believe enough to know their deeds were just plain evil, but not enough to have faith make them as Christ. As James says, "even the demons believe, and tremble!"
Anyway, I digress.
Do I fear death? Yes, but I'm 24 years old, have a wife, a child and one on the way. I have much to live for. Then again, I am not really considering death. I am of the opinion that if it's time for me to go, it's time for me to go.
The burden of proof is on them. I worked in management for Dell before they're rounds of layoffs a few years back, and they're pay system was so convoluted that they couldn't track anything. When they let me go, along with my entire division, they demanded shortly thereafter that I "return" some money that I was "overpaid." I'm an ethical person, but the math didn't add up. They were going to send me to a collection agency if I didn't pay up in 30 days. I sent a certified letter essentially telling them they needed to prove it, per the FCRA, in triplicate. Eventually, they did turn me over to a collection agency, who also sent me a terse letter demanding the money. I sent the same letter to them. It's been almost 2 years and I haven't heard back from either of them and my credit is fine. I keep all the paper work just in case they want to come after me later.
The point is, most of the time if they're stupid enough to over pay, they can't prove crap. Keep that in mind.

"Usually when the government lowers taxes they see an increase in tax revenue because of increased spending since taxes are lower" [citation needed]
Yes.
Wish I had points for you.
woosh!
I own a PowerMac G4 you insensitive clod!
...save the ignorant. It's par for course to buy third party.

... oh wait
Source? I don't mean that sarcastically. I really am curious.
