wow . . . if this counts as a sport, then anything goes . . . come to think of it, this sorta reminds me of Basketball (kinda bad movie from the 90s) . . .
A robot chess match is one thing . . . but a poker match is something else . . . I don't think it really works simply because it takes away the whole bluffing element of the game. The machine can only play using probabilities so it can only play its own hand. However, poker is about more than playing your own hand.
I guess strictly speaking, the Diablo series isn't that great of an RPG . . . but man, in terms of just being good games, they definitely will beat out most other games mentioned in that book . . .
They mine as well also write a law fining underaged kids who sneak into R movies . . . why they are treating video games any differently from other forms of media is still beyond me o_O
It's actually not that surprising . . . most people that buy a GTA game knows what kind of content to expect in the game (namely M rated stuff), so the hot coffee probably isn't enough to make these people want to get money from Take Two (that and $5 isn't worth the effort)
I'm actually kinda worried about how this will turn out . . . after all, movies inspired from video games don't really have a good track record . . . http://news.gotgame.com/hollywood-and-video-games-a-volatile-affair-2/
it's too bad . . . a lot of the employees at flagship are very talented people . . . i hope they will be able to land on their feet from this
