Gamers are a bunch of whores who like getting treated badly. Every time EA releases a game people bitch and moan how terrible the company is, how terrible the game was, and how they will NEVER buy another EA game again. Well six months later some new bullshit game is announced and all those people can't get to the credit cards fast enough to pre-order.
I don't believe the FCC even has the authority to regulate how the internet operates. Their biggest influence is allowing broadcast licenses and issuing fines for dirty words spoken in broadcasts. Can they fine Comcast for taking money from Netflix to so their packets get priority over Hulu's packets? Unlikely. Can they write new laws or regulations? No, all they can do is lobby congress to make new laws.
If it was why would the feds come in and make a big deal? That stuff is usually handled quietly. Plus the local post office was shut down. Most likely someone mailed something they shouldn't.
When a train car full of chemicals spills does the FBI show up? No the DEP and EPA handle that. The FBI isn't trained to contain mercury spills and a facility that uses mercury should be able to handle it anyhow.
I don't understand it either. But then again everyone on here was saying how badly the iPod was going to flop when it was released. I think a lot of the posters here couldn't even fit in over at 4chan.
Said everyone when Bitcoin was worth pennies, then $10, $100, $1000, $5000, etc. The market is correcting after an unsustainable bubble. As long as crypto exchanges exist then crypto will be worth something.
You don't make money by buying crypto and holding it. That time has passed and you basically won the lottery if that happened. Now you buy and sell just like the stock market. It is absolutely no different. Of all the sites on the internet the amount of people shitting on crypto here is astounding. There are people here who refuse to have a bank account and want their employer to pay them in cash. You'd think they would be all for anonymous ways to transfer funds. And no Bitcoin is not anonymous and was never designed to be.
I think its hilarious how liberals talk about how wonderful and progressive the EU is and how they are leading by example. Well your progressive EU just royally fucked up the internet because they don't understand it.
All the people pushing for this basic income never own up to the fact as who will be paying. Ask them flat out where the money will come from and they will tell you to read this article or watch some video on the subject. The bottom line is it's going be taken from the middle class. Tax rich people enough and they'll simply move, or move their assets overseas.
You're an idiot if you think the way to making money is just buying bitcoins and letting them sit. Once you are invested you basically day trade like normal stocks. I'm honestly amazed that the neck beards here are so anti crypto currency. You'd think the ones wearing foil under their fedoras would be all over an anonymous currency system (which Bitcoin is NOT).
Haha I was going to bring up the iPod debut article. Everyone shitting on it saying nobody would buy that Apple is going to tank wtf are they thinking.
Don't know about you guys but 99% of the time on my phone I'm using the desktop version of a page. I hate mobile site design with its tons of empty space and enormous fonts.

Link is broken for the CVE.

I was getting updates to my iPhone 5C (circa 2013) as of last year. Show me any Android phone that issues OS updates four years after the release.

They ran out of other peoples' money before they even started.
Was he responsible for the systemd vote?
So my original statement is correct. You would not want to start the "engine" remotely.

Honestly I've never even heard of this word before today.
Alright 10:1 gearbox. Again, does it have a way to disengage or are the wheels always connected?
Unless that car has a neutral gear starting the "engine" without you being inside is a bad idea.
A child asking what's a computer angered that many people?

That ad was a brilliant piece of marketing. It pissed off so many people and they still like to bring it up.
Chrome feature that Firefox has copied. I rather like the feature myself. Right click on the page and its translated.
Real hardware is always more fun. I've had VAXstations in the past but sold them, sadly.
