Can we just route Twitter off please? Nothing of value comes from there. Its bad enough we have to hear the news reading celebrity tweets or see inane comments scrawled across television shows. I find it difficult to even follow discussions when it only looks like message fragments.
I recently installed FreeBSD on an old Thinkpad laptop that used to run XP. I decided to give the Enlightenment window manager a try. I Click on the terminal button which causes the whole thing to freeze. I switch to another console and see Enlightenment has the cpu pegged at 100%. Oh and Chrome is also buggy as hell and segfaults every other page. Oh well that was a few hours wasted. Back to Windows 7 then.
Not in the least. Especially when the DEC logo shows up for anything "digital" now. Hand in your nerd card if you don't know about the Digital Equipment Corporation.
After support for 7 ends I might have to migrate from Windows. I can't stand the look and feel of the new interface. Making everything flat with primary colored tiles was an awful choice. It looks like a half assed X window manager from the 90s.

The reason is simple. You don't make money writing drivers for hardware you've already sold.
I bet more people are running NetBSD right now than this phone!
Keep laughing, how many system critical variables is systemd in charge of now?
Withholding federal funding for "sanctuary cities"?
This is a first. Someone on Slashdot making an argument for weak passwords.
I'm not going to use an OS that fills my "live tiles" with advertisements for Xbox or herbal Viagra.
Enjoy winning your lawsuit in a decade and getting a coupon for $10 off Office 2026.
Supported until 2020. Your trolling is weak.

So if I buy a retail kit it will not show advertisements?
Why should I need third party software to restore functionality? This is broken by design. When support for 7 ends I will probably ditch it.
The OrangeFS page is so shitty they can't even explain what the filesystem is used for. Go ahead and see for yourself.
Sony pays good money to the government to place the blame on North Korea.
Odd statement considering that having money brings vagina to you.
That would explain a lot, especially the Windows build.
I'll use it with FreeBSD.
What does the DEC logo have to do with anything?
The media seems to have proven their bias. But you really come off as a snarky asshole.
I don't recall Phrack ever being printed on paper.
Not exactly water vapor...
People were too fucking dumb and chain smoking with their children in the car so the government had to step in and become the babysitter.
Lotta fanboys out today.
