Sure, some teachers are lazy and overpaid, just as any other worker can be. However, to suggest that is typical by comparing today with an idealized version of yesterday ignores reality. Wages need to increase with the rise in the cost of living, class sizes have gone up, and many of today's parents don't teach their kids to be respectful, and expect the school system to take on the responsibility of raising them.
And no, I'm not a teacher, union member or shill.
What I don't get is how a flaw in a 3rd party app can be used to bypass the protections at the OS level. Clearly the real problem is deeper than QuickTime.
As a result, the heaters were able to keep internal temperatures above minus 40 degrees Celsius (which is also minus 40 degrees on the Fahrenheit scale).
Before they can even think about making their web sites accessible for those with disabilities, they need to make the sites accessible for the general public. Nearly every time I have needed to find some information at the state level, I've had to sort through pages of outdated info, buried 4 or more links deep. I can only imagine what this process is like through a screen reader or other adaptive technology.

Malware can exist just as easily in non Windows binaries, which may also require elevated privileges.
It's basically a prototyping system for the rest of us (non electrical engineers).
The blog post mentions a stream but does not say where it can be found...
I thought the technology was old hat.
They should have split the blame on GNU/Linux :P

Don't let the fact that it crashes bother you at all, this is the drone you want!
So this is the droid we're looking for!
OF course machines can do lie because the humans who code them can lie. This just helps the program know *when* to lie.
Who ever said our robot overloads would be truthful?
What else is new...

Ready the electromagnets!
The muggles have discovered magic. Cower in fear!

And the GSM unit to be able to control the system via touch-tones and SMS. The system is highly scalable and configurable; so you can expand the system as your budget allows.

Maybe this hack can be used to improve book scanning.

Have they tried overclocking?

To make matters worse, the bank demo was using IE6.
