In addition to the 6 screen setup acting at one unit, the screens will, I assume, be able to act independently of one another for 6 separate screens, or possibly even 2 or 4 combined with 4 or 2 staying independent, respectively. This would allow for imaging-types of applications (MRI's, Digital X-Rays, CAD) be displayed on a large surface while having a few separate screens for applications that do not require visuals - all on the same machine. I can totally see this being used is hospitals and graphics design studios where large resolution is crucial, while allowing lower resolution apps open at the same time to prevent alt-tabbing between and thus increasing efficiency.
Is it possible that my ISP is blocking port 563? That's the port I have to use for SSL. When I configure my client to use that port (provided to me by the newsgroup) it will not connect.
That's exactly the reason I switched to Usenet. My wife complains about the $14.99 per month, but at least I'm not forced into uploading even part of the files like I am though torrent. The downside is that I have to constantly check and repair the files I get from Usenet with quickpar. Still...it provides at least some peice of mind. That and the fact that I've also started using PeerBlock.
If they succeed in making this indexer "play ball", does this not set the precedence for all other indexers? I don't use Newzbin so this currently doesn't affect me but could it possibly down the line?
Thanks for the SSL recommendation BTW, I will check that today.
I switched to a paid Usenet service because it was more "private" than torrent. Does this mean I'm going to have to back to BitchX and CLI to get movies?
But at least he was given the chance to make that decision. If he chooses to go back it will be on his own accord; because he was informed of both sides of the coin.
...but this is a fantastic idea. Sex makes money. Video games make money. Anyone who successfully finds a way to combine the two will no doubt become a very rich person. I wish I had thought of it.
You're right, it does. That's why I said "...actually be able to control games". But is it the developers or is it that MS never built it in to the SDK? I would think that MS would rather keep their PC and console games separate so hardcore gamers are forced to stick with PC because that's more potential revenue for them. Maybe some software developers out there know the answer to this...
You have articulated your argument very well. I see clearly now the intelligence you bring to the table and I have no choice but to change my stance on the subject.
I can't believe I'm actually going to engage in conversation with you, but here' goes.
Actually, my whole computer is worth less than $1000. Even with this setup, I find myself in the top 5 on most of the servers I play on, regardless of the frame-rate I can squeeze out of my machine. This has to do with skill and the fact that I've been doing it for 10 years. Had I cut my teeth on consoles FPS's like you, I'd be able to say the same thing about playing on console servers. Your argument is weak; had you brought up the fact that you damn near have to hack the servers to gain an advantage (try finding a CS server without a cheater) then you may have gotten somewhere.
Truth is, if MS allowed PC and console gamers on the same server it would be you, sir, who would have his ass handed to him.
This may have been covered in previous posts, but does anyone know if they'll use this opportunity to slip in the (KB971033) update that checks for activation tampering and phones home to MS?
...when I can hook up a mouse and keyboard and actually be able to control games with them. My own personal hell is to have to play CODMW2 with a damn joystick.
...would be to build in network where these HUD-enabled cars can talk to each other so the car behind can be alerted of conditions or danger by the car ahead. Eventually, once enough of these are on the road, your entire route could be planned out before the trip even takes place based on information it receives from all the other vehicles.
Maybe the toddler did drop it and since it was already cocked it only needed the jarring to release the pin? I guess they'll figure that out when they examine trajectory.
Hell yes they were.
Canada = France 2.0
Awwww...boo @ Apple for taking that down.
...but just in case, here's a pretty good summation of said device.
The 4th dimension, in this case, enables 3D model clipping?
Or even more with these bad-boys.

In addition to this....HOLY FUCKING SHIT!!!!! People are goddamn stupid.

Mod me down for being stupid...I meant "The Truman Show".
So the people living in China are really just living a true-life version of the movie "EdTV"?

It's there, just slow.

You win this time...

Use this Screenshot of my web browser as a reference for programs to install and I personally guarantee you'll never have another virus again.
