Sure, there is always going to be the quality writing that is clear and concise, but when it comes to this nitpicky bullshit it does not matter. It does not lower the readability, it does not cause confusion. It just seems to provide fodder for jealous people like you who seem to need to complain about people doing what they like(Timothy), how they like it. Don't bitch and moan because we want to complain about business practices we don't agree with and don't like. There are discussions about moral right and wrong and business right and wrong and dickhead right and wrong all the time on here. This is no different.

Don't act profound by stating the obvious(Yahoo is within their rights) and the even more obvious(the market will react), Yahoo! is certainly not the largest or even a major supplier of this stuff. that logic doesnt really apply to a case that has no precedent.....this will all depend on who the judge is and how much common sense he has. Yes, there is little to bring forth for both sides as far as precedence and evidence. It doesn't take a genious to see that nsi is engaging in unfair business tactics...and thats more than enough to convince a judge...if its the right judge. Point is..yes, most of the time you need proof...and need strict evidence to point out. But a judges whole job is to determine what matters and what doesn't. Legal precedent when absent leaves the judge to his own doings...this is the type of case we need.
