    wrong, they have been using public address space for the mgt of cable modems. Recently they have been moving the mgt to IPv6 too.

    They have a flywheel driven by a motor/generator powered by the motor/generator at the wheels when the car is breaking.. the flywheel can then dump power into the motor/generator for a power boost.

    The F-117 is 25-30 year old technology at this point. I would be more worried about the tech being freely handed over to China by companies like Boeing when they go into partnerships with Chinese state owned firms.

    No, the difference is that the guy in this case took a low salary, and took the rest as a profit distribution. In the case of Jobs et al., they take a salary of $1 and take the rest as Stock. Its a whole different accounting ball game.

    Because of the removal of the "OtherOS" option, Geohot can claim he was just restoring functionality that people were already licenced to have. It can be circumvention, if its restoring a feature you paid for. He could claim he was repairing the system.

    This is going to throw a serious kink into the case, something that Sony has never had to deal with before in court. They may not even want to see it get to court.

    In my network, posts are getting sparser and sparser. Just like the end of Freindser, or Orkut, or any other social network system. People get bored and stop. It the infusion of new users that drives their survival, and Facebook my be nearing the end of people willing to sign up.

    There is no way a school is going to make children read a book with the word nigger in it. Its too much trouble for the teachers, principles, and school board. They wouldn't touch that with a 10 foot pole. The public school system is not equipped to handle controversy.

    Then again, censoring such eminent work from Twain is going to catch you some major heat too.

    The lesser of the 2 evils I think is to run the book with the word n***r censored that way, so every on is placated, and the students can have a discussion about it.

    The attack was very specific. Uranium enrichment requires and exact rpm over a long period of time. Most industrial equipment does not have that exacting level of tolerance needed.

    Andriod will probably only be the boot OS. The games will run on the custom hardware. Sort of like the Sega Dreamcast, running on WindowsCE. The games were not windows games.

    The information is out there. To tell some one to not read it is to put them at an informational disadvantage. I would want every one at Department of State to know whats in there, because every other countries equivalent of the Department of State will know whats in there.

    Most onboard cards don't do dolby digital live. If you want discrete 5.1 sound in your games through a real amp via optical or digital coax, you going to need DDL.

    Actually you can get very very accurate results, especially with multiple choice tests. Its not 100% but you can get near there. Its not what they got wrong, but how they got it wrong. A class of 400 is a lot of statistics to work with. There is a great chapter in Freakomics on it.
