    Again all how you look at it. That chart doesn't show that 60% of those in the 80 percentile are regularly rotated in and out as fortunes are made and lost.

    Seeing as these rich guys probably reside in the top 25% wage earners, they are also paying more than 85% of the tax burden. So lucky it is the rich people paying to clean it up.

    It's a state by state basis. AZ speed limit is reasonable and prudent but not more than 85MPH. The posted signs are for burden of proof. If you are going under the posted limit, it is up to the cop to prove your speed was not reasonable or prudent. If yo uare going over the posted limit, it is up to you to prove it.

    +1 exactly right.

    This was how I explained the movie. Although some people I guess felt the few good moments were enough to carry it due to all the rave reviews I have heard. From some of which I wondered if we had seen the same movie.

    So where is this separation between OS and software on top of the OS? You could say Explorer.exe is just an application on top of the OS. How low does it need to be? Advertisment.dll? Advertisement.sys? Adverisement.Hypervisorkernel?

    By the looks of this they are 100% completely closed source. The only thing that is open source is stuff that can be obtained elsewhere.

    They have only done the legally acceptable but frowned upon practice of taking open source software, writing closed source drivers and then touting their use of open source as some kind of gift to the community.

    Maybe you could have like a 3rd party wiki addon for browsers that would allow you to add comments to pages, independent of the page itself. You could then browse other peoples comments as well.
