    you miss my meaning, I'm sure the lawyer understands the law fine. The assumption is that he included it becuase he felt it was violated and not because he wanted some kind of bargining power.

    Looking at the definition of agnostic the only definition I can see that may fit is #4. Which would mean you are completely ignorant to OS and closed source software ideology.

    That'd be really bad if the security mechanism only relied on one of the three main identifiers. Luckily most will use at least 2.

    Hint:
    3 main security identifiers:
    1. something you are (biometric, finger print, retina scan)
    2. something you have (id card)
    3. something you know (pin or password)

    Because they are self censoring not being censored by the government. The government is fully right in funding what they feel is the right thing to fund and currently that is things that don't promote abortion. JH has decided that any mention of abortion could be judged as promoting it so they have self censored all of it.

    They can have all the free speech they want, but they'll also lose out on the free money.

    I'm kinda confused on your meaning. I read it and think to my self up to 28 million people on food stamps is bad, but in the context and comparison to Democratic Socialism I think you imply only 28 million people surviving on food stamps is bad because the other ~270 million USians have to fend for them selves.

    that's why there is a difference between right and neo-conservationism. neo-con is much more liberal with the amount of government controlling morality than true right wing politics.

    In the end left and right are names for liberal and conservative. They boil down to:

    Liberal: meaning more
    Conservative: meaning less

    I think that's a very left wing deffinition

    I'd say it's more like:

    Left: Society is responsible for the individual (Government regulation and welfare)
    Right: Individuals are responsible for them selves (Free market)

    Which would be quite the opposite of what you define.

    point 1: it'd base it on almost a chording algorithm through identifying where fingers are currently and what keys would be adjacent to there.

    point 2: I'd guess the resolution would be high enough that unless you really overstepped your typing into the wrong key or hit dead center between the two keys the software could pick it out pretty easy.

    I'm not saying you have to like it, or that it wont require a retraining of your typing skills I'm just saying that it is more than possible.

    I think you mean capitalism is way better than communism.

    Democracy is the basis for government in which the population votes for all government actions, and would compare to things like Republics, Dictatorships etc...

    Communism is a basis for economy where there is no ownership and society will just produce the right amount of goods and services for itself, and would be compared to socialism and capitalism.

    VMWare is actually working on this, by having your OS, apps and data in a virtual machine on a thumb drive along with the VMWare player software for several different OSes.

    Plug in the thumb drive, it launches the virtual machine and un-suspends your OS to the place you were last.

    but, with touch pad based keyboards it can sense where all your fingers are and always have you hitting the intended key no mater where you place your hands. It can sense where your fingers are and then start cording them based on pressure.
