Wait a minute. I never took land from anybody by force. Only person I know that had land taken from them by force was by the bank in his foreclosure. So unless you're a banker and your collective "we" just meant bankers, I don't understand what you're talking about.

I will not be held responsible for things done 100-500 years before I was born.

Not only that, but his complaint about software companies generating wealth is mostly bogus as well. They are able to generate income, but that is much different than wealth. When a software company goes under, typically the code is sold of at rock bottom price and then forgotten about. Look at BeOS as an example. Open source generates true standing wealth.

Many people sue for many things. More often than not they drop it or lose. Occasionally when they win something stupid it gets displayed all over the news so that is probably what you are thinking of.

It's not thinking about weather or not you'll be sued that governs every decision, but whether or not you will win with little legal costs involved. Basically asking, "Is this reasonably safe."

As a small time seller on eBay I wouldn't leave feedback until I had received feedback from the buyer. The reasons being that if the feedback is positive then everything obviously went fine, otherwise the buyer should contact me so I can fix the problem or work out a solution. If I get left negative feed back with out any attempt to fix the problem then I will retaliate with negative feed back stating they didn't even try to work something out and feel no need to help the buyer.
