I stopped using insecticides many years ago. Monsanto had a large display at Disneyland boasting about their use and how effective the products were. The chemicals are slow to break down and pollute the environment for years.

I have a small 'scope but my area has become too light polluted for me to see. I could see Andromeda and other objects but can't now. I would drive 45 miles to a remote, dark location but haven't done that in a few years.
Many people don't have access to medical care now. What insurance company would pay for this? Their business model is to make money, not to care for patients.
My brother Pete got a doctorate in math from UC Berkeley and has no social skills. He has never married and doesn't ever contact me or my sister. I used to call him and there was dead air if I didn't talk to him. He has lived in a tiny apartment for forty years.
There are other things from his childhood that affected him.
Just work with companies with a good record. I worked at a place that had a policy to hire minority and woman owned businesses. Some were OK, others couldn't perform to the needed standards.
I camped near San Felipe in Baja California and a dummy was driving his car along the beach and got stuck in the sand at low tide. The tides are from eight to twelve feet in the Sea of Cortez and his vehicle was covered by water twice until a local arrived with a mini Caterpillar to pull the vehicle from the sea.
TLDR. There will likely be a team of three. Space travelers are highly trained and there is always something to do. They will be monitoring gauges and systems aboard the craft.
