    You're right, plausible deniability and all.

    As an aside, anytime I set a box in the DMZ and review access logs, the majority of IPs attempting access are from CN. Which tells me there are LOTS of pwned boxes in CN...or...they're up to something.

    I vote for the latter. Just sayin'...

    Agree 100%. Off topic and all that good stuff but, on a purely gut level with NO rational explanation, when I look at someone's eyes and the reading is "dead inside" my level of mistrust takes an immediate spike. As far as I'm concerned, anything associated with Zuckerburg is bad news.

    And moderation is jacked as well, since yesterday. What used to be a simple process [choose the mod selection and it would be immediately applied] is now b0rked, choose the mod selectiopn and nothing happens, no update, no Apply button at the bottom of the page, nada.

    Quick nod to PCLinuxOS here. Out of the box simple, straight-forward, Windows-ish enough that even those relatives who have made the transition from Win2k/XP had minimal issues/adjustment time to get comfortable - seamless and painless, as the OP requires. Has a great built-in assortment of apps [covers all the bases outlined above] and just plain works and very well at that, even on somewhat older hardware. Gets my vote.
