In my experience, most distros have X set up like this by default if you select more than one video mode when configuring it. I've been using it for years and am quite satisfied... but then, I don't know if one can change refresh rates with a similar technique and it's not very verbose if that's your thing.
Urinals contoured for your rump. If that isn't an invitation for disaster...

So why haven't they released it yet? They say in about a dozen places that the code is "GPLed on Sourceforge" (even the project entry on SF) and as a tiny little addendum as "Stuff To Do" they mention the source has not actually been posted.
Note that they don't even have the money to donate yet. You'd think one would wait until they did before making an announcement of it. In fact, at this rate it could take a while to achieve their goal. And... my gawd, did you see all the typos on that site? I was physically painful.
Hmm, ok. I've tried every PS/PDF document viewer under the sun on this thing and it's not made much sense to them either. Even the online PDF viewer at Adobe's site couldn't make heads nor tails of it.
I, personally, *resort* to Java only when I'm looking for a level platform-independence that can't be accomplished with Tcl. Is it really worth the hassle to not use an alternative langauge that is more efficient if we're targeting a single platform?
Small amounts of saliva trickling down your throat causes cancer.

You may stop prevent conventional DoS attacks, but denials of service will never die. Just give it a reason to adapt.

At this point, I'd be tired of hearing about him even if I did like his writing.
thinkgeek will put it on a blanket, a mug, a noose, a tie (did I already use that one), and a suit and you won't be cool unless you wear it!
Poor bird :(
Leave those kids alone!
All in all you're just another brick in the wall...
Could someone please play this email backwards, I'm afraid I'll be brainwashed into a Microsoft slut by the time I'm done reading it.

We don't have girlfriends, but we do have many, many, pockets.
You know, humanoid automatons. Do ya think they'll be bitter about their spray-painted skin and lacquered hair?
I still do that frequently and it remains a lot less strenuous than fighting to upload to a ratio server with my wee modem.
MREs! That's Meal, Ready to Eat. It's easier than Ramen noodles and each pack comes with an explosi... I mean chemical heater!
... or is this not a bloody PDF file?

Anyone else having similar problems?
Just what exactly is the soul going for these days, Mr. Icaza?
It's clearly a buyer's market.
