    OGMRip uses mencoder, part of mplayer. Some versions of mplayer have issues and the audio is always out of sync, same with ffmpeg. Just try a new version or older one.

    They lied to me and said it was new. Too bad they failed to remove a rather large piece of cheese from the disk. Yes, you heard right, cheese. There was cheese on the disk and they told me it was new ! I naturally replied "Fuck you !" and left, never to return.

    I agree 100%, I would not want to surf the web if these two extensions did not exist ... maybe I should consider donating ...

    I agree, reality sucks as a game. I mean you only get 1 life, weak weapons, can't kill people you don't like, can't level up very fast, start out with little money, can get all sorts of nasty diseases, can make all sorts of stupid mistakes with irreversible repercussions.

    I do agree that English spelling is wacky, if only it could be cleaned up somehow. But you know Latin spellings are kinda hard too.

    The good part about English is that it's easy to learn, has many new terms (technological) that other languages lack, and is easy to speak (unlike other languages I have learned, or maybe it's just IMO).

    Heh, not really. But, I can say that there are many people out there who think they understand what these fools, I mean scientists, are saying. If this were H. C. Andersen's the Emperor's New Clothes, I'd be the kid, but you'll only realize that a long time from now. And if you don't, I don't really care. I know what humans in general will do with more power. PS. Too bad it isn't on youtube, but if you have the time, watch "Valley of the Shadow" (Twilight Zone episode), it's one of my favorites.

    Indeed it is unfortunate, even more so, because now I'm not sure what brand HDD I'm gonna get next time I need one. I don't think I'll go for Seagate or Maxtor again.

    I can also vouch for this. I used QWERTY for some time without problem, but when I got into college and had to type essays of considerable length quickly it really became a problem because my hands and wrists started hurting during and after writing them. In search of a solution I tried an ergonomic keyboard ... it did not help much. So, after some searching I heard that dvorak might help, so I tried it, and sure enough it helped a LOT more than any ergonomic keyboard. In fact I no longer have any pain even after typing long essays in a short amount of time. I can't comment too much on speed difference, I'm sure you could type just as fast using either format, but for me at least, one involves pain and likely problems later on, and one does not. I'll be sticking with dvorak.
