    I'm very sorry but I really do have some limited experience supervising very unskilled labor. The people who populate these kind of (hire and go) jobs tend to be resentful and unmotivated, combine that with double digit IQ's and almost no training and you have a recipe for problems! Continual surveillance/monitoring can only do so much. I personally HATE traveling and being searched. Getting pushed thru the airport in a wheelchair, and getting additional screening because of syringes, medications and medical devices just makes matters worse.

    I'm guessing that the reason for using a Windows server is to support some very Windows specific application(s) otherwise why bother? For almost any purpose Linux is better/cheaper/faster/more secure! Just like you would use Solaris for a Solaris-specific server application or NSK for something very critical/scalable. Windows has been eclipsed, and the GUI is compatible with existing code.

    The answer is to use removable media to store encrypted/transmitted data, remove the media, replace with control media and store aforesaid media in a remote location to provide some level of deniability! SDXC, with TrueCrypt.

    The problem with the idea of higher education for everyone is that it falsely assumes that everybody is college material! You really short change someone by forcing them into indentured servitude for twenty years to get a degree that you can use to get a job a Starbucks (Oh right, you don't need a degree for that), instead of a technical school for the medical technology field of heavy equipment repair or plumbing or.... And make a good living.

    I have been (and am) quite leery of DM and I have my reasons for being leery, not the least of which is the complete lack of directly observable evidence (it's dark) just doesn't cut it, tenuous clouds of heavy molecules, blah, blah what ever. When the main reason for a theory is the (follow the leader) effect and not so much a gravetic signature of ambiguous origin, I'll call all the current theories not much more than mental-masturbation.

    You just don't get it, if a villager in Afghanistan can replicate an AK47 from bar stock and wood with the resources of a country machine shop/blacksmith the same fellow could build a Stirling engine that runs on reflected sunlight or waste heat.

    I can't stand technology snobs that think that because they have no mechanical ability (with a master/doctorate in somthing) that someone who might not have a sixth grade education can create complex machines with few resources!
