We do scale down graphics to the GMA950... and below. The fun part happens when you get this big divide in user reviews due to the scaling down. Some claim the graphics "sux" and others claim the graphics "rox". There is also only so much you can scale down. It takes a ton of resources to remodel/re-rig a character at a low-poly for the integrated cards and a high-poly for everything else. We end up just shipping ridiculously low polygon models that anything with hardware T&L is barely taxed. In short, we game developers are generally intelligent people and we do our best, and there actually is a problem in these integrated cards... A pc may not have been purchased as a gaming PC but little Timmy is still just as pissed when the game doesn't perform well on it.
A.pkg "Installer" is not an executable, it's the format that Installer.app works with. Nothing is run until you tell it to run. It's not executing random code like a Setup.exe.
If you keep putting too many things into the tubes, the pressure inside will rise and eventually the tubes will explode. I don't know who got into their head that this meant the Internet will "crash" because mostly the tubes are stationary and it is the emails and videos that line up and flow inside of them. Moving things crash. Duh.
Suppose first-person-shooters are sports. Sports are played in arenas and FPSs are played in designed levels. If architecture can be considered art, then the levels of First-Person-Shooter "sports" can be considered art as well. Since the levels of FPSs are an integral part of the sport, by extension the game as a whole is art.
Excellent. So now when I see that car, I open the sun roof and hold out my "Hi, Mom!!" sign for a few blocks. Or if I were more nefarious, your standard Buy V1AgR@ ad. Google bombing to the extreme.
It's not supposed to be photorealistic CG. Whether or not they successfully stylized it is the question. It's just like how Pixar decided to make more cartoony CG and was wildly successful with it, while things like the Final Fantasy movie tried photorealism and failed. I can't make up my mind based on a low bitrate low resolution trailer.
My problem is that there is too much selection. I spent hours on newegg trying to find the one I should buy. I was looking for something that supported SATA drives, and had FireWire 400/800, USB 2, and eSATA connections. And something that didn't look like complete ass and have a noisy fan. No luck!

Only 79.8 km (out of 80...) left to go, if you take the lowest recognized definition of outer space.
Speaking of which, it's currently -10F air temperature outside, and I'm still paying for electricity to keep my milk cool. Now that's efficiency!
Someone at Apple is going to throw an impeccably designed chair about this.

Thank you, that made my day.
What's an appropriate punishment that is also a deterrent, then?
Microsoft-Apple Relationship. (This thread should end well! Muahahaha)

(Repeat ad infinitum.)
OpenSourceMac should get you started on freeware...
Well, where else would I have met my wife?
Act completely insane, or just meow. Works for me. Acting... yes, just acting..

I crafted the greatness to kick in around the 100th view in theaters or the 7th copy of the DVD you buy. Keep at it, fan!
Toodles,
George
I think they have exactly 4 megahertz to go before they can stop.
(It was Bob Dylan. Hendrix just did a cover... along with a zillion other people.)
I didn't realize Hell allowed web browsing. Give my regards to Ken Lay.
Thank you NewYorkCountryLawyer. Keep doing your thang!
The blurry glass effect in Aero alone is actually really expensive. (And stupid) There is no analog on Mac OS X.

True, but there is actually a worthwhile update to the story, not that I know if it's mentioned in TFA. You can boot Mac OS X on it now without opening the box.
Well, one idea is that they could sell what company shows up first in your area when you ask for "Pizza." That ought to be worth a lot.
