Actually, if it allows someone other than a licensee of the work in question to download the material, then it is illegal. You're probably one of those warezer's who would run an ftp with a blanket log-on notice saying that if they're law-enforcement or an unathorized user of the ftp that you can't be held responsible, and really think that you wouldn't get eaten alive in court because of your little message aren't you?

You don't really understand the law at all do you? It IS NOT legal to download music to sample it once and then delete it. The only exception to this is if the copyright holder allows you to do so (and this is not typically done through downloading the song to your HDD, but rather through low-bitrate streaming.

Also, do you not understand that these subpoenas are not going after people downloading the music, but rather those that are serving it...

And since when are you allowed to share music that you own online? Last time I checked, you're not.

Please, stop spouting false information and do a little research before you post next time. A wise man once said that it's better to keep your mouth shut and let others think you a fool than to open it and remove all doubt.

What you're missing though is that the author of Matthew was writing the book for the Jews. It was written in traditional Jewish fashion, which means starting out with genealogy.

If you'll notice, the genealogy in Matthew 1 is divided into 3 'sections'. Each section has the same number of 'begats' in it, because that is how traditional Jewish literature went. The genealogy is not literal, its not EXACTLY the line from David to Christ, but that wasn't the point. The entire point of putting it in the book was to prove to the unbelieving Jews that Jesus fulfilled the prophesies about the Christ, the major one was that he was born of the line of David.

Any other alleged contradictions you would like to bring to light?

No, I'm not trolling. I'm stating what I believe.

If you ask about "before the big bang" you have to define "before" because time as we know it doesn't exist except after the big bang.

So the big bang created time as well? Geez.. Sounds like I'm worshipping the wrong God. Give me a break. How can you really believe that? Something out of nothing without any outside force acting upon it? You seem pretty knowledgeable about physics, so how does that not bother you? The fact that this universe shows evidence of design (not to mention life itself) makes believing that the universe came from nothing and that we all evolved from a single-celled micro-organism harder to believe than just accepting that there is a God and He created the universe by His design.

Chaos doesn't bring order, it never has and it never will. An explosion in a lumber yard won't build a house, no matter how many times you try.

How about the fact that the big bang theory violates both the 1st and 2nd laws of thermodynamics? If there was a big bang, what was before that? How does that that fit in with the law of conservation of matter & energy? Or the fact that the 2nd law of thermodynamics states that order either stays the same or decreases... Never increases. So did entropy just step aside so the universe could create itself out of an explosion?

This radiation is the remnant of the Big Bang, the explosion which forged the universe in trillion-degree temperatures.

Mr. Gondek sounds awful sure of himself when asserting that the universe was absolutely created by a big explosion. (The stupidest idea evolutionary theory has come up with to date... Must be why its the most believable.) Might I remind you that what you speak of is known as the Big Bang Theory. Not even close to a fact. Nor will it ever be.

I'm assuming you're replying while knowing MS's vision and goals as a company? Chances are, when Gates & Co. started out, I'm sure they never imagined being the monolith they have become of late. I'd care to wager that Gates would consider his company to be a success considering how they started. Sure, there are many individual failures that can be attributed to MS (MS Bob anyone?) but you just can't argue with their market share. Don't get me wrong, I'm not an MS fanboy, nor do I agree with hardly any of their tactics. But I do use their software daily by choice because it gets the job done. Not necessarily for every application mind you, (which explains the 2 FreeBSD boxes sitting next to me) but there are things that MS software does very well, and you can't argue with that.

As far as my tunnel vision, if the company I start turns me into a millionaire, even if the product isn't everything I dreamed it to be, I would consider myself to be mildly successful, how about yourself?
