Do you put religion and science on the same level? Which you like better, like oranges or bananas? Science is a way to learn about things rationally then you make up your mind. Religion is a way to learn things by having ideas imposed on you. It's certainly healthier to learn science first, then you decide if you want to be interested in religion as well.
He has to be good at chess enough to only use the iPhone for decisive moves. Any player being (effectively) -200 ELO compared to a GM he's fighting would likely lose quickly, even with the help of a computer every 10 moves.
On December 23, a little more than a month after Tipton allegedly tampered with the computers, a man at a convenience store was video taped buying a Hot Lotto ticket that later won the $14.3 million payout. Authorities identified the man as Tipton, but as an employee of the association that administered the lottery, he was barred by law from buying lotto tickets or claiming lottery prizes. The winning ticket went unclaimed for almost a year. Hours before it was scheduled to expire, a company incorporated in Belize tried to claim the prize through a New York attorney
I'm certainly not the best Windows / MS supporter. However when it comes to the man, whatever we may think he did, he deserves at least the benefit of the doubt. Bill Gates may have said "640K is enough" at the time, but don't over underestimate him to insinuate he said "640K will always be enough".
Reminds me of the DSLR cameras megapixels race. The 5 D mark III has a resolution of 50 MP. Not only that makes huge file sizes, it takes ages to move or process a bunch of them, but the focus shift and (most) lenses intrinsic resolution cannot cope with such high definition (in other terms, a lot of 2-adjacent pixels are identical).
In France, the SACEM is in charge of having any "music player" to pay something. "Music players" include TV, radio, nightclubs and even restaurants, cafés... someone plays some music, and there is always a SACEM agent to ensure they pay something, these people are as sticky as a pita.
Windows has had IPv6 stacks since Windows 95 and Microsoft even started supplying them as of 98.
Ok so I'll wait for IPv10
Maybe after paying all that money, Lucas will have to live in one of these low-income homes.
Maybe they thought the closer the better?
It's not like it's unusual to not
You must be the kind who writes programs like that ...

A great country, America, is still executing people? In 2015??
You seem to be the kind of person to dislike whatever is new, right? I bet you didn't like slashdot beta neither, did you?
as long as Ireland NSA is aware of the move.
Where do we have to go next to find a place not infested with radio waves? North/South poles? Middle of the ocean?
Messing around on an aircraft in flight, where he can't be certain that a misplaced keystroke won't cause death, is criminal negligence or worse
If you are in the very plane you're hacking, it's suicide.

Using fail2ban, after 3 failed ssh logins it cuts access to the hacker IP for 20 minutes (iptables firewall)
Where was that, already?
Did they really say "no calculator allowed" before the exam?

Cheating is rampant in all things anymore. He's a grandmaster until he gets caught cheating.
Well, if all grandmasters are proved to be cheating, that'll just lower the GM bar and all GM may keep being GM.

Bill Gates never said that, btw.

Guys, the joke is over! 800,000 fake Apple Watch orders wasn't funny the first time!
you were speeding by no small margin.
