This argument is flawed. In the case of copying stuff on the internet, you just deny a business some hypothetical sales.

In the case of identity theft, a life got screwed over. It's not the same at all.

Not that I'm on the side of "a copy is not stealing". I just wanted to say that this particular comparison isn't correct.

A retrovirus is made to "attack" the DNA of a cell. A neuron is not made for that, it can't inject new DNA to other cells.

Plus, a neuron don't divide as other cells do. Well, it happen for specific type of neuron, but it mostly stem cells. So most of them don't divide, and if they do, they will divide as the same cell, with the same DNA markers.

You should try real science, instead of trying to scares people with random Hollywood scenarios.

Dodging them isn't the point. If a deer leap in front of the car and the driver didn't have time to steer or break, well tough luck. Good chance the car is going to be a total wreak, and the driver's dead or gravely injured.

A (well-feed) wolf doesn't have the habit of starring into coming lights, and in the case the driver hit it, well, it's going to be a bit less spectacular. A deer can weight up to 200kg, a wolf weight barely more than 60kg. Deers have an habit of smashing the windshield, wolves mostly hit the bumper.
