If you have 100+ mails coming in on a daily basis, and have 6-7 years worth of mail to search through, folders can be useful for cutting down the search time atleast, esp. if you are able to setup rules to route the mails to folders automatically
(Even with indexing, sometimes it takes a few seconds to complete the search)
Could it be that his email password was stolen somehow and this mail is just a hoax?
Computer compromised by a keylogger, etc, so the bad guys had access to mailing list credentials, etc to shut it down as well?
Just mentioning since there's no significant detail in the message
Dont they have undersea fiber connections to the country, and DSL and stuff?
Or even dialup?
Why would half the country use only Satellite as thier Internet connection?
This is one of those costs that probably won't be fully passed on to customers - where I live anyways...
New Game: $60
Used Game: $50 + $10 PSN Pass.
Why would you ever buy the used game? Gamestop has to decrease the amount they charge for the new game or they swallow the cost of the PSN Pass themselves to make it worth a customer buys the Used Game. Otherwise they lose an entire console's worth of used games.
If I'm interested in only the single player component, then why not?
But a lot of people still play NFS 2, NFS MW,CS1.6,Mario (the 8 bit version),Dave,etc.. books wear out after being read 2-3 times DVD's cost almost the same (sometimes even more) as games, but give you much less than a game, so the additional profits are already built into the price.
Individuals/Groups/Organisations are permitted to use encryption upto 40 bit key length in the RSA algorithms or its equivalent in other algorithms without having to obtain permission. However, if encryption equipments higher than this limit are to be deployed, individuals/groups/organisations shall do so with the permission of the Telecom Authority and deposit the decryption key, split into two parts, with the Telecom Authority.
copied from another post I had made: I meant, like PATA HDD's required you to be familiar with the jumper settings, ports had to be wired from the motherboard individuallt, BIOS had to manually configured, Windows install needed CLI experience,etc..

Students in my college were given Thnikpad L420 's.
The HDD,RAM can be upgraded w/o voiding the warranty
I have a R61, on which I have maxed out the RAM, probably will get a SSD when they are cheaper
At home, have a self assembled PC. Now, as you may see from my UID, I'm not one of the people for whom, "Upgrading your desktop PC's video card was once a rite of passage for many Slashdot readers " is valid.
However, I have seen the older PC's insides, and can say that newer ones are MUCH easier to work with.

Has anyone made one yet?
Play it
And have Fun!!!
Books: I'm talking about the lower cost paperback editions sold in India. Cost about 1/3rd of the US copies, but have lower paper and binding quality
DVD's: well, DVD's cost the equivalent of $15-20 for English movies
Games start at the equivalent of $8-10 (The GTA series is the cheapest) for PC
Maybe the Indian market pricing is a bit out of sync...
But a lot of people still play NFS 2, NFS MW,CS1.6,Mario (the 8 bit version),Dave,etc..

II. LEVEL OF ENCRYPTION

Unlike toys, etc the games dont degrade, get broken,etc..
In India also, any encryption with a key greater than 40 bits is illegal unless the key is deposited with the govt.
The rule is not implemented, but it is there
In India, they blocked mediafire, rapidshare, etc for about a week.
blocking was done on the IP level, even https traffic was blocked
Now, I dont know anything about tape drives, but how can it be difficult to do the encryption?
Simplest process would be to just zip them up with 7-zip, split into archives the size of the tape and apply a password to it.
May not be the strongest security, but still better than nothing

Or, you could do what developing countries do, and reduce the quality of power in case of high demand.
resort to blackouts in case of not being able to cope up at all
Any "real life" cars using the principles you state available for purchase in the market?
If they "just filed a patent" , and Google has already been using it:
i)Why would Google have to pay royalty?
ii)Wouldnt Google's use be prior art?
a job with $42000 is better than no job isnt it?
