Not sure exactly what markmonitor does, even though it says they do "brand protection" I just downloaded one of markmonitors white pages to try and figure it out.
Unfotunately, that doesn't have a thing to do with Canada's customs. "Product selection on canada.zappos.com is limited due to distribution agreements with the brands we sell in the United States." This sounds more like a problem Zappos needs to solve for themselves and not try to blame on Canada.

Only 3.5 hour wait for an emergency room visit? That's freaking awesome. I had to take my wife to Parkland county hospital in Dallas, TX once because of no health insurance. We waited 13 hours to get seen by a doctor just because her blood sugar had spiked to over 600. And the old lady next to us had to wait just as long to get seen for a broken hip.
The best thing?
Parkland is one of the better county hospitals in the nation.

Part of the reasoning behind the McDonalds damage awards was that McDonalds did an estimate on how many people would suffer sever burns as a result of them raising the temperature of their coffee to levels that were clearly unsafe and also studied the cost of settling lawsuits to see if the increase in revenue from selling coffee at increased temperatures was worth it. The punitive damages awarded by the jury were equal to the one day's worth of increased profit McDonalds made by raising the temperature of their coffee to unsafe levels and knowingly disregarding the safety of their consumers.
I'm not sure why everyone is so upset with the NRA. After all, they only started doing this after we clamored for them to. We had people in the streets calling other Americans traitors for opposing the "Patriot Act" We DEMANDED that they spy on us, and now we are mad at them for doing so. Perhaps that is part of the reason why their morale is low.
