    It applies to people who streak, people who are caught skinny-dipping, people who are caught having sex in public (including in their car), and even people who happened to urinate behind a tree in some places.

    These are classify as public indecency not sex crime; the police give you a ticket and make you pay a fine or spent a night in jail. I don't know what state you live in but that's pretty harsh to consider someone a register sex offender for just skinny dipping, urinating in public, or having sex in public (unless you do all this with a child or someone you've bounded up and gag).

    Personally Verizon has pissed poor service when I had it and my calls were constantly dropped when i walked around. Granted the ATT service I have now isn't that much better and I cannot get 3G service due to both Nextel and Verizon having a monopoly hold on my town so they shutout any high speed cell service from ATT I can go two miles out of town and get 3G from ATT but now while I'm in town

True that Democracy has it's flaw but at least we do not have to worry about the government murdering us in the middle of the night. And that is exactly what the Chinese government had done to my great uncle and his family.

    Come on video games is not the cause of the Columbine Shooting there are no proof just a bunch of bullshit speculation; these kids are high school social outcast that has been picked on by their peers and were subject to prolong physical and mental abuses. And the fact that their parents and school officials failed to identify this and failed to take responsibilities but instead shift the blame of the shooting on video games and music is retarded. Also I would not trust anything the FBI said they have a long history of twisting facts; and don't forget that this agency was base on the principle of a paranoid delusional man who likes to wear dresses.

    No one organization out there right now can provide definitive prove that playing âoeviolentâ video games train kids to be killers or desensitizes them from violence. Just because the military uses simulators to train soldiers for combat preparedness; does not mean that FPS game are the simulator training kids to be killers. If this was true every child who ever played FPS or âoeviolenceâ video games would be able to handle a gun like a pro and kill anything that moves without discrimination.

    This is the reason why you need to learn some basic knowledge and educate yourself so you can either do the repair yourself or know how to identify when you are being owned. Not only does this type of underhanded business practice happened in Tech but it has been going on for years in the automotive sector. I have had my car dealership try to talk me into letting them change my air filter until I saw what they were going to charge me for it (over $60); considering I can go buy a replacement air filter for around $20 and spent 5-10 min changing it out myself.

    Through out our live we've all been told and live under the illusion that we all have the right to free speech but that is not the case. Free speech does not mean you can freely speak your mind but rather what your government consider appropriate. I've once heard someone quoting "freedom of speech is only free if you are willing to fight for it everyday"

    I highly agree, you need to still stay on top of tech changes to manage your people and have their respect. I've been in IT for the past 9 years or so and so far my current job is the only place i have ever worked for that I highly respect my management for their knowledge. People tend to lose touch after a few years of being away from the tech side and become a complete stump.

    To be honest the amount of money they spent on developing and building this thing they could at least make it a bit more practical with a possibility of actual released to the public. Iâ(TM)m all for going green and getting away from fossil fuel but these competitions and the cars that people have developed for them are so impractical itâ(TM)s not even funny. Who the hell would want a car that could not carry anything or could barely carry a single person and move slower than a person on a bicycle.

    These are all things that can be trace back to books written hundreds of years before our time. for example The Book of Five Rings and The Art of War, these two books have pretty much the blue print on problem solving. You can pretty much apply them to business, school, games, women, etc..

    I have a pretty hectic schedule myself I'm pretty much on call all the time, due to I have facility that i managed that operates 24-7. I make a point to spend at least an hour at the gym or at the park doing something active and I also manage my weight by eliminating a lot of junk food in take, fast food; soda. As well as taking my breaks and spending that time walking around. You do not necessarily have to spend a huge amount if time working out or starve yourself. Just eat 4-5 small meals rather then starve yourself and eat one or two large meals; by starving you are slowing your metabolism which cause you to retain and stored body fat. So eating several small meals through out the day you speed up your metabolism and you burn body fat. BTW I used to weight between 210-220 lbs I'm now at 135-140 lbs with a 5-7 % body fat.

    I work for an automotive supplier, and we have some of the most interesting phone death (Salt blast, chrome tank, paint oven, acid bath, ect.. and folk lift as well). Unless this thing can survive two weeks at anyone of my facility.

    So if the police do not need a warrant to get your personal information from an ISP in Canada; how does the ISP verify that the information being given out is going to the authorities? So if someone called and said âoeHi, Iâ(TM)m inspector Dudley from Maple Syrup County I need you to give me all the information on the resident at 1213 Pancakes Lane, the person is a suspected molester.â How the hell is the ISP going to know that this is a real cop and not some POS trying to steal information.
