What a load of crap. I had to hack it out of the registry. Fortunately, the install didn't touch my 4.76 install. That's one good thing. Plus, when I scrolled real fast, I didn't get the java phantom.

The refresh rate would be really crappy, but, hook a few motors up to your Etch-a-sketch(tm), hooked into your video card, and have the screen draw on the Etch-a-sketch. That would be cool. Extra points for building the math to calculate the unbroken line.
On the plus side, it would be a flat-panel display! But, no colors.
You know how the vast majority of the anime characters are anglos, with exageratedly big eyes... If we made cartoons with little yellow people with squinty eyes, just imagine the uproar!
I can't imagine ANYONE choosing to watch this when there's fine American (USA) fare like Scooby Doo, Fat Albert, and of course, Simpsons. Futurama is pretty good too.

Hi I actually read the document, and it sounds reasonable. Here's the actual item that's probably being referred to (I'm forced to guess): "5.You may not use the Marks in a derogatory or defamatory manner, or in any negative context. Such use will terminate your license to use the Marks." The "Marks" are their trademarked images and etc. Most companies have similar restrictions on the misuse of their trademarked stuff - logos, etc. I didn't see anything specific to limiting anyones expression of opinion of their products, only the misuse of their trademarks. Did I miss something?
When I was a Win95/IE support tech for M$, we called it Internet Exploder. Some of the customers caught on to that, but most are bleeding morons. That's why MS dominates, because people are stupid and want to be force-fed anything.
They could do a whole Geek Beanie Baby (GBB) series... there's the penquin, the chameleon, and thanks to OReilly, a whole herd of others. I don't know what MS would have as their mascot... Bob maybe? Is it merely coincidence that Bob was the bad guy in Twin Peaks, filmed only a short drive from Redmond?
Totally... It's insane. When the masses realize that they're paying for Bill's bunker in this cycle of bloat, hardware upgrades, bloat, hardware upgrades.... If they're capable of realizing this, maybe they'll realize it's crap. But, that's putting a lot of faith in the average person's ability to grasp concepts in general. Ugh...
