    Actually, most countries with decent privacy law state that when in public, you have no privacy! with certain exceptions (for example:You cant take a picture, use it in an advertisement without the persons permission, even if they are "background noise".

    What fictional countries are you talking about? If those laws actually existed then the, paparazzi would not.

    You need GPS while sitting on the couch watching a movie? Or while playing a game? If you need GPS why are you buying a 600 dollar tablet rather than a 100 dollar GPS device or cheap smart phone?

    By that logic you don't need a TV either, as you wont be using it 100% of the time...

    You would be carrying around a 10.1" tablet to take pictures instead of a camera or smaller smart phone? Is this really something that people are routinely doing?

    Not yet, but give it time...

    Hell even if you open a big name computer like HP or Dell to do your own upgrade, it voids the warranty.

    Actually Most of the components in a computer are just that, components. All individually covered by separate warranties. HP can not void your warranty for upgrading a HDD. Yes they will not cover the new HDD, but the rest of the hardware is still covered.
