depending on how large a venture you are planning, you should ask your accountant about forming a subchapter "s" corporation. it can save you a substantial amount of money in taxes. you will have to do more paperwork than a sole propriatorship would, but there is also some liability benefits. you can also change your corp status to a "c" corp if you grow into a large business.
subchapter "s" corps passthrough all profits to their shareholders at the end of the year and you only pay taxes at the personal rate of the shareholders. also none of the profits are subject to social security or medicare taxes. (pay yourself a low salary)

All of the political ads so far seem to be advocating more socialization, particularly in regard to prescription benefits to senior citizens. Has privatization lost out as a political agenda except for the libertarians? Do you plan on privatizing any particular industries?
i am a medical professional and have done quite a bit of work in the asthma and allergy arena. i've never heard of "rubber" particles being an asthma trigger. do you have any evidence to back your theory? my understanding of physiology would lead me to assume that as heavy as the pariculates would be that they would deposit deeper in the lung and cause more copd (chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder) like symptoms than asthmatic ones.
after reading the article (moderators take note), i believe this could new technology applied across the trucking industry could give a serious boost to our economy. these large trucks run over 100,000 miles per year and a new one gets about 7 miles per gallon (loaded) an increase of 10-15% fuel economy could save the transportation industry billions of dollars. this simple change could cause a major econmic boom.

profanity is the cornerstone of the attractiveness of the english language! our colorful descriptive, just feels right when you say it, curse words set the english language apart from all others. even the english hating french use our swear words. merde just doesn't express your emotions like sh**. whether or not it's abc's or southpark's role to teach our children to swear is debatable. but let's not denigrate the role of english profanity in making it the dominant language of the modern world.
