Reminds me of something else... like the gossamer chipset. I finally buy a Macintosh for the first time in my life, and what do they do? Immediately switch to Intel...
There's a difference between voting to have a regulation in place, and having that regulation enforced unfairly. This wouldn't even be an issue if YouTube was taking down Obama videos as well.
It's actually not so much about YouTube not taking them down as it is that Fox and CBS aren't requesting Obama's videos be taken down.
McCain: "against" Net Neutrality, in favor of "light regulation" Obama: "for" Net Neutrality, in favor of "more Government involvement"
The positions look the same to me, with the exception that Obama is lying about his position.
Saying you're for network neutrality but want more Government involvement is like saying I'm for legalizing pot but I think that police need to step up their enforcement of people smoking it.

Hit up the archive of the first link. It's Fred L. Smith, Jr.'s testimony before the House Banking Committee's Subcommittee on Capital Markets, Securities, and Government Sponsored Enterprises.
He warns that the current setup of those two lenders are working to destabilize the marketplace.
From his testimony: "At best, this mixing of private and political incentives creates marketplace confusion; at worst, it leads to a serious misallocation of capital and an increasing risk for American taxpayers."
Considering this was the 70's, perhaps it was a few MIDI songs? Scratch that... the MIDI 1.0 specification wasn't around until 1982. So what kind of "music" did this thing play, anyway? Considering audio compression didn't debut until the 80's as well, I wonder how much of a "song" even fit on this thing?
I think you're giving far too much weight to the average college education. There were people in my MBA classes that had maybe a 7th grade reading level...
Ok, how about this one? I uninstalled Chrome, and GoogleUpdate is still running... Time to kill it, delete it, and remove it from the registry. It's at: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\GoogleUpdate
I thought it might be nice to check it out, but I wasn't expecting very much from a beta browser. Unfortunately, after several reboots/reinstalls, I have yet to get it working. After two Application Errors on startup, I get a sad folder that says: "Aw, Snap! Something went wrong while displaying this webpage. To continue, press Reload or go to another page."
Thanks for the effort, but let me know when they release a browser that actually will install. I think I'll stick with Firefox 3, thank you very much.

Or, we have more accurate methods of detecting amino acids in 2008 than in the mid 20th century.
Also, keep in mind that they're comparing modern day analysis of sample B to 60 year old analysis of sample A.
You know what else gives a higher yield of amino acids? 1 egg, 1 sperm, and 9 months.
Read the blurb for crying out loud. It says it only affects a small number of users. You aren't one of them, so relax...
Yeah, we wouldn't want a guy who never uses a computer signing up for Facebook! The horror!!!
I submit as evidence the following list of videos posted by Obama's official campaign including CBS footage:

Version 6.22 did introduce "undelete" to the MS-DOS world. I know, because I purchased the 6.22 "Step-up" disk back in the stone ages.
So explain to me how their positions are actually different?
McCain: "against" Net Neutrality, in favor of "light regulation"
Obama: "for" Net Neutrality, in favor of "more Government involvement"

Unfortunately it's only a rounding error... :-P
I don't remember that. Mine had a shotgun sound and some horrible howling... Oh, the memories...
As a clarifier, two other articles I read said "3.5MB", not "3.5 minutes of audio".

You know what else is online? Kiddie porn. Does that make it acceptable for me to copy and host it on my site, just because it's already there?
A troll on Slashdot is used as "one who trolls"
http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/system/Xplorer_X5-5850_Notebook/ ... and it comes in 6 colors. How many colors does your macbook pro come in again? That's what I thought...
Then it wouldn't be "live", would it?
Seriously??? You think they changed the order in the live feed? How would they do that, with a time machine?
Yeah... oops. :-)
