@ Anonymous Coward on Thursday December 12, 2013 @05:12AM - Besides, let Valve focus on making a GOOD GAMING OS. If I want a productivity, general OS I would install Ubuntu or Windows.
"The original XBox [wikipedia.org] had a custom Pentium 3 processor clocked at 733Mhz, and to date there haven't been any reasonable emulators for it. There have been a few attempts, but no big successes have been made. Last I checked about 6 months ago, interest was also waning on the development of it.You would think a quad core i7 clocked at 3.2 GHz would run circles around that custom P3, at least fast enough to get the low-level system instructions handled."
I go to where ever there's a large performance, choices and stability gains are so if Linux meets that, I'll go there but currently, Linux doesn't have the choices and windows is stable and the performance increase in Linux compare to windows isn't that huge.
Yes and the US kill off Indian tribes, Germans created the holocaust and many other nations destroy and plundered land and people. We learn our lessoned and stop doing it in the present day. The article is about what is happening now and what they're doing with the manuscripts. That is what is important now.
- I played through the first 24 levels in Aion, but then I started running out of content (the game expected me to grind the rest of the exp without content), so it also went into the blacklist.
Aion now has so many quests and have a fast leveling server that I got my gunner to 29 within a few days. Sometimes I have to double check what level I'm to the area I'm in to make sure I wasn't skipping areas.
Vindictus - Fast live action gameplay. This is the best done 3rd person online action MMO at the moment. It's instant based which is a plus or minus to some. Instant based allows you to jump into the action quick and get to the point.
Tera Online - Tera is know for lack of story and standard quest system but makes up for the gameplay and graphics, so while the story and average quest system will bore some, the gameplay is a redeeming positive that keeps people playing because there's no open world MMO that has live action gameplay. Live action gameplay is slower than Vindictus though.
Aion - It's a solid tab targetting MMO. If you don't want to pay for WoW than this is a good alternative.
Guild Wars 2 - Pretty unique, events happens everywhere so no quests. Does get repetitive too just like quest system as you get higher leveled.
FF14 - Extremely polished game. Questing, events, dungeons, repeatable levequests so different ways to level. Pretty good story for a MMO
I'm a gamer but sometimes I'm tired and don't feel like sitting at a desk. I got the Asus T100 that has the new baytrail atom and while great, it can only run pre 2009 games or low end games. I can run Stanley Parable well (source engine game) but I also have Final Fantasy 14 and that only runs 10fps on the lowest setting.
Well basically what I'm saying there is a market out there, though a small one.
Well they're BlueStrat, they have done more harm than good, putting innocent bystanders in the middle of their hackings to prove their point which you should never do if you're trying to prove a point.
Well I meant specifically to gaming since we're talking about games
Yes, agree 100%.Let Valve focus on making a GOOD GAMING OS.

I don't think it's justify to call someone a "dick" when someone didn't used a derogatory word at you. You need to calm down a bit there
You can hold demonstration but you can't block people's passage or damage property.
LOL funniest thing I heard all day

It just continues on living forever
I joined in destroying someone's house. I shouldn't be paying the repair bill since it's only for a minute.
Though I agree with everyone that the penalty is harsh and should be reduce.

Or do I?

I agree on you on exercising their right to free speech as long as it's not turning to abuse or physical violence.
I would +1 you if I had points.
Yea in mainly ally soils but when it comes to an opposition state like Russia, I doubt Russia would let the US set anything on their land.
AMD should at least try using Intel Iris Pro which is their highest end GPU. The 630 GT is a ok low end GPU depending on which version they use.
4k easily... in fact 2+ monitors are becoming the norm. People keep underestimating the need for more powerful gfx cards.
Well you're still supporting his work by watching it. Also OSC doesn't get any royalties since he was paid for the license.
You don't buy titan for just gaming....
Battlefield 4, lol
The HD 3000 are still horrible in performance. The 4000 are a nice step up intel got a long way to go in the gfx department.
